This company had excellent products and they were very helpful, from assistance with the order, to delivery, particularly in this difficult time. We are very pleased with how it looks and the finished result.

Even in these difficult times as ever C&A plastics come up trumps and deliver speedily and all well packed and protected. Would recommend without hesitation. Good company to do business with.

Excellent service and quality products

Absolutely brilliant service. Understand with the current situation things are difficult and some orders cannot be delivered but ordered a couple of greenhouse packs yesterday morning and received them this morning. Ace!

PLEASE CHECK CONDITION OF YOUR DELIVERY. Unfortunately I didn’t in my husband’s absence and all 3 aqua panels were damaged. I did complain and they did take time out to give me a full reply but couldn’t do anything due to being after 72 hours deadline. Unfortunately now £500 out of pocket.

I recently purchased all the components to build a Lean To Car Port from this company & found their service to be excellent. I initially ordered the components online but after a phone call from Craig at C & A to confirm the order he talked me through my bespoke application & managed to save me over £200 off of my order. He also gave me a few useful tips for my build. After a few days they phoned to say delivery would be the following day & gave me an approximate time. The driver was very helpful & friendly and all parts were of a good standard. Assembly was reasonably straight forward with the supplied instruction & online video & if you do have any queries they staff at the end of the phone are very knowledgeable & helpful.Thanks C & A for some excellent customer service & a great product.

I ordered the wrong width sheet. The team a C&A quickly resolved MY mistake and amended the order. Friendly and helpful team with a excellent customer ethos.

Product is great as is the pricing. The staff manning the phones are good at their jobs. The only thing that lets this company down is the delivery department.
I ordered and paid for a carport on the 8/5 /19. I didn't receive the order until 27/5/19.
Not having heard anything from the company after a few days I rang them to enquire about my order to be told that "we are out of stock of some products and waiting for delivery". THEN WHY DID YOU NOT CONTACT ME?
The next excuse was the Bank Holiday. Ok, that accounts for 1 day!!!
On a positive note there was nothing missing from the order and the delivery driver was pleasant and helpful.
C&A you could have quite easily got 5 stars from me just by keeping your customer informed.

Good old fashioned service from an established company. Telephone operators know what they're talking about and are helpful/friendly. Prompt delivery of orders and they arrive when they say they will. C&A drivers are friendly as well. I prefer telephone ordering, this works well with C&A. Don't change a thing. My last order was for polycarbonate sheets.

Purchased glazing bars and end closures to refit polycarbonate roof from Trade Counter. Great service, top products at keen prices.

I called into the Gillingham Branch, just after closing time yesterday, I was desperate to get a Polycarbonate sheet to repair our conservatory roof after it sustained significant damage and was exposed to the elements. Acknowledging my predicament and despite being closed, the guys worked on and cut a piece to length so that I could get the repair done last night. Excellent service, many thanks.

Helpful and friendly, I placed an order online but had made a mistake (I was not aware at the time). I received a phone call from C&A wanting to check the items as they thought their may have been an error, I am glad they did. They helped me resolve it before anything was shipped which saved me having to return items and deal with delays, this is a level of customer service I have not had in other places who just send it as is ordered without checking if the order made sense.

Excellent customer advice on phone from Thomas when trying to work out which product would be the best solution for my customer. The Avon roof system I opted for was a premium product but it performed well and customer was very happy which is the main thing! Also delivery driver was good / texted the night before to confirm delivery schedule and rang on leaving previous delivery. This enabled me to meet the delivery and unload at customer property ready for installation the next day. I am now changing supplier to C&A. Thanks - Rhydian

I got a razor which I must say was fantastic, best razor ive ever used and the service was reliable and fast.

Well priced building products from a family run company.

I shop here regularly because the staff are friendly and helpful, and they generally have stock of whatever I need.

The delivery service for things that won't quite fit in my van is also appreciated.

This company cannot count - Find a different supplier

I ordered 20x lengths of PVC guttering and only received half of my order.

After contacting the company to explain the mishap, I was told that they have conducted a stock check and their stock levels are correct. Therefore I cannot have the full order that I paid for.

My response to their reply then went unanswered until I finally chased them a few weeks later, and still they are refusing to complete the order and insist that their stock levels are correct - I refuse to believe the stock levels are trustworthy if their staff are unable to count to 20!

I will not be using this company again!

I was asked by CABP to do a review, so I've done as requested.
There were a number of issues with my orders.
1. Initial Delivery. Ordered £800 of goods. Should have arrived in first week, but didn't because transport manager was on holiday. Rescheduled for 2nd week, but they forgot to put it on the delivery vehicle. It arrived in the third week. Make sure you read their delivery policy, because you won't know what day the deliver until the evening before, and you won't get the goods unless they're signed for. For most customers, this is likely to be a significant issue.
2. Offloading. There were 2 sheets of 3m x 2m plastic roofing. The driver arrived on his own, expecting help to offload the items. I'd had a surgical procedure the day before so was reluctant to help. I was told he would have to take it back to the depot. My builder had already been put off twice, so I couldn't afford to have the goods returned to depot. So I helped, and for the next 2 days, suffered the consequences of my reluctant decision.
3. I then placed another order, but needed to return some items from the first order. Both the delivery and collection were to be done on the same visit. So I paid £40 delivery charge, but then had to pay another £30 collection charge, even though the driver was already on site. That's £70 for a single visit.
4. No instructions were provided on how the various roofing parts fitted together. The twinwall edge filler was a particulary bad design, difficult to fit and left the capping at an angle.
5. End caps for the twinwall and polycarbonate sheets were awful. The first was a 'one size fits all' and looked a mess on my 10mm twinwall. There appeared to be no end caps for the solid poycarbonate sheet glazing bars, so I was sent some 50mm x 50mm, 'L' shaped bits of plastic to put over the ends. I attempted to shape them, but they still looked a mess.
6. The 2 stars awarded are for the effort put in by staff to make up for all the things that went wrong.
7. I do realise that CAPB are probably a relatively small business, trying to keep costs down, but regretably, I would not buy from CABP again.
