I thought it would be easy to cancel my subscription, how wrong was I..

A one time payment turns in to a subscription. I followed their subscription cancellation the day the one time payment was made(send an email to help at cacao-mobile.com, include email address and last four digits of credit card used). These emails seem to go unmonitored as two weeks later I was charged a subscription fee. The charge will be disputed with the credit card company, hopefully they get shut down.

This is a scam. They charged me 4.99 each week for something I didn't order, and I had a very difficult time canceling. There's no telephone number.

⚠️ Warnung: Gelockt mit einem kleinen Betrag über Facebook, danach großer Ärger. Für mich war nicht klar, dass daraus weitere Zahlungen entstehen könnten. Die Situation war so unerquicklich, dass ich meine Karte sperren lassen musste. Mein Rat: Finger weg.

⚠️ Warning: Stay away. I was lured in through a Facebook ad with what seemed like a small one-time payment for a service. It was not clear to me that this could lead to ongoing charges. Afterwards, I had a lot of trouble making sure no further payments would be taken and trying to recover my money. In the end, I had to block my bank card. My advice: be extremely cautious and do not enter your payment details.

It is a scam. There is no support, they charge you weekly for a subscription you did not ask for, and you get no response from customer support. This company should be investigated and shut down by the authorities. Stay away!!

This is s scam. You buy a product. They do not inform that it is a subscription and instead of paying a small amount you are charged 10 times the value a few days after.
Do not use them.
