I have dealt with Cackle many times over the years and consistently receive exceptionally great service. Karen is always courteous and conscientious. Her communication is above and beyond and she is always ready to help when I am confused (which happens a lot lol)

not to sure where the bad ratings are coming from?, these guys are hardly worse than any other retail group, so far id actually recommend them over big names such as pb tech.

The cables could definately be longer, my two employees are pratically conjoint twins with the dual training head set. Also, it would have been nice if the USB connectors of the headsets did not have custom moulding. Becuase of this we couldn't solve the cable lenght problem ourselves. Initially our Mitel phone system would not ring when the cackle was plugged in but eventually we solved this. It is a good short term solution but I would not like to be using this as a permanent solution to ongoing training

As always, Cackle were professional and friendly when I phoned, and supplied the required headset promptly. They are always great to deal with.

Great organisation, go out if their way to get items delivered to us as quickly as possible.

This survey came out before Cackle had even shipped the goods. Clearly they think more about the perception of service than service it self.

Bit of misunderstanding with courier but Cackle delivered what it promised & Im happy.

The guys are good. I have purchased a number of wireless headsets from them. When I have needed help it has always been easy to get through to the right person. I have then been assisted efficiently, effectively, and good naturedly.
