I only wish I would have checked trust pilot BEFORE doing business with Cadadesigns… I ordered 3 items.. Needed to return 2,.. Called and left 2 voicemails… Emailed on the “contact us” page…No response… I then returned to the website and read and re-read the return policy.. Followed all the steps as specified… No one ever returned my call… Finally received an email. But late, after I had sent the items back according to their policy as written on their website. It’s one of those scam sites where they are now stating they want “photographic evidence”…They won’t process my return … They have the items AND my money!!! I guess if you are an illegitimate business, this is how you operate… Shame on you Linda

I would give 0 stars if I absolutely could I was told my item shipped then I check shipping and it says in pre transit hasn’t changed then they email me saying my item is out of stock ! This is a SCAM and I am so upset I ordered a hoodie for my son for 50 bucks and not getting what I paid for and they have yet to respond back to me after me requesting my refund for a product I’m not receiving!!

I purchased a T-shirt on Cadadesigns
Website. After my order arrived the T-shirt was a little tight on the chest area So I emailed customer service to ask for exchange for a larger size . I knew that the return shipping was on the customer per there return/ exchange policy . Linda from Cadadesigns emailed me back and ask would I take measurements of the T-shirt and email her the pics . So I took the measurements and sent the pics I also informed Linda that it was not a quality issue of the T-shirt.. it was a size issue.
Linda emailed me back and ask me to take more measurements of T-shirt So I emailed her with more measurements of the T-shirt
Long story short after I emailed the second set of pics of the measurements .
Linda emailed me back and informed me that the company is not going to allow me to exchange my T-shirt
Keep in mind this t-shirt was in brand new condition in fact I emailed the company one day after my order arrived never worn , tried on once . I read the return/ exchange policy for this company it clearly says for buyer’s remorse the shipping will on the customer .
I was prepared to pay the shipping cost to exchange for a larger size
I did realize that there return/ exchange policy is a big SCAM
Yes there merchandise is cheap and fake . But NOT to allow a customer to exchange for different size is not cool
Buyers beware of this website if you need to exchange or want a refund.
It’s not going happen
I would highly NOT recommend Cadadesigns.

Regarding the chest, we found that the measurement provided was 19 x 2 = 38 inches. Our size chart indicates a width of 39.37 inches. This results in a difference of 1.37 inches. Given that manual measurements have an allowed tolerance of ±2 inches, this measurement falls within the acceptable range.
For the length, the measurement you provided was 26.3 inches, while our size chart shows 27.17 inches. This is a difference of 0.87 inches. As the allowable tolerance for length measurements is ±1 inch, this result is also within the acceptable range.
Based on these findings, we can confirm that the product you received meets our required quality standards and is within the specified measurement tolerances.
Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide support for an exchange or return for this order. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Bad quality and service
Bought a white sweatshirt for 60 bucks including shipping and tax. Arrived damaged and covered in blue link. Emailed their designated customer service address three times. No reply.

2nd order
This is my second order both have been t-shirts. I am extremely pleased with what I ordered. The first order I wanted to change the style and the size, I emailed Linda and she took care of it. When it was delivered it was exactly as I ordered. Just as the second order everything was perfect. The timing and delivery might be a little slow but I think if you're ordering something custom you should realize it takes a little extra time. I also have no complaints on the quality of the t-shirts considering they were only $30 a piece if I was paying for a true Dior t-shirt at $600 or better than I would expect perfection but with this; you know what you get for what the price you paid...either lower your expectations or learn to live with it. This company is getting a lot of bad reviews and I don't understand why. I can't speak on their other products for sale only the t-shirts that I have ordered. I will definitely order from them again.

Good morning Linda,
I selected XL when I was ordering both shirts. The menu gave me the options to select a "COMFORT COLOR" shirt, which I thought would be a softer blend of cotton t-shirt, and I paid an extra $7.00 for "COMFORT COLOR" and upon receiving both shirts they were basic/regular cotton t-shirts and size smalls. I requested a size exchange, and I also paid additional funds for a basic t-shirt. Never requested my money back only an exchange of size. It's extremely disappointing that you refuse to accommodate a size exchange.
I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE.

Not what I ordered!
I ordered the Grey Chanel throw and received a black one! Should have read reviews before purchasing. Spoke with Linda (customer service) who asked me to send package label and photo of product received. After doing so… she had the audacity to tell me… I got what I ordered. There were many color options. Grey and black were 2 of the colors. I Would not recommend purchasing from this company to ANYONE!

Do Not wast your money
Do Not wast your money. The product Doesn’t look like the pictures. The hoodies are of Poor Quality and so is the print. It is Not Worth the price and they Refuse to give a Refund if you’re not happy with the product. It’s a Scam they show you quality thick nice sweatshirts and send thin stringy dull ones. If I could give zero stars I would please Run from this site. I could over look the bad print if the sweatshirt was of quality at least I could still wear it but the sweatshirt itself is ugly.
