I ordered a 71 euro infrared light…
I ordered a 71 euro infrared light lamp, which according to the website I used to place the order (bol.com) was going to be delivered in 2 days.
I was very specific to write down a pick up address instead of my own address, as I wanted to avoid any problems with delivery. For my surprise, someone left a package at my apartment address, and it wasn't the lamp but a cheap bag with a "Fashion" brand on it. Literally, something worth less than 5 euros.
I visited the pick up point twice, I emailed customer service 3 times, had a phone call and their only response is for me to mail back the bag so that they can cancel the previous order, and create a new one.
The lamp was for a wellness service already booked and offered to a client. Not only I lost the client, but now I have to deal with this nonsense process. A real disappointment!
