Fast prompt delivery and well packed... products are top quality

Having mislaid the piece of foam I'd been using for years as an appliance engineer, finding a replacement turned out to be not straightforward, most were either thin or too hard most to big to fit inside tool bag This one is perfect, it could have been made to measure. Highly recommend the product and the company as price and delivery were great.

I recently bought the Karcher K Series Flexi Upgrade Bundle V2 (with 10m hose) for my K4 Premium Full Control washer. What a great kit and I'll tell you why..

It comes with all the necessary hardware to upgrade your standard washer. (Remember to fully check the box so you don't miss anything like I did, doh!). The quality of the parts is extremely good, brass or stainless steel where needed.

For me, the flexi hose alone is well worth the money. I'm no longer fighting with endless twisting and kinking that you get from the standard hose. My premium sheet comes with a hose reel drum attached and the 10m flexi hose fits on perfectly.

All in all, a great bundle, good communication via email with the company, and highly recommended! (Look out for their regular discount offers 😉).

Fantastic Detailing shop with plenty of great suppliers to choose from, with a detailed description about the products and how to use them. The products are well priced. The delivery is prompt and the goods were well packed. I will be revisiting this shop in the very near future

Multiple items delivered at once. All arrived quickly in one package. A no hassle purchase, the only downside is they use the “shop” app via shopify tracking system which I won’t download due to it connecting via your Microsoft account and data gathering/security concerns so I wasn’t able to track the item but great service. Thank you!

3 stars overall, my first order had a leaking bottle of quick detailer all over the other bottles and buffing towels. Out of the 3 bottle they only taped up two. Not good enough one star. But my last order was a five star good products and arrived swiftly and well packaged.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered 2 items a heavy cut compound and super finish. Then following an email to say the items have been dispatched I recieve a call to say the heavy cut it out of stock. Given the option that they can send out the super fine , refund the heavy cut and let me know when it's back in stock. Any detailer will know that the heavy cut is the important one. Why would I want one without the other. Asked them as a gesture. Couldn't they just send me the one litre heavy cut to compensate me as its not my fault the website was wrong and its going to cost me a full polish job . Then to be told , you can have 10% of the next order which wouldn't even cover postage and packaging . This was my first time using this company and have been left with such a bad first impression that I requested a full refund and informed them I will be going elsewhere.

Great service, good prices and good postage costs (being in N.Ireland I greatly appreciate affordable postage on orders like this). My order was dispatched on the same day and arrived quickly and well-packed with no issues.
The only issue I had was that I found the website to be slow to navigate but perhaps that's due to my device being a bit outdated.
Otherwise I can't fault the experience and I will be back in the future for my car-cleaning needs, thank you CA Detailing.
