My husband couldn't decide if he wanted to keep the tissue holder. I emailed the company about a refund. To my surprise, they responded quickly. They offered me a portion of my money back because of shipping cost. I declined and ask for a full refund, They responded quickly with the return information. No hassling me, no ignoring me, just a quick response. In the meantime, my husband decides to keep the tissue box!!!! Men???? The company provided excellent service.

Out of the 4 items ordered. 1 damaged
Out of the 4 items ordered. One came in damaged. The Cadillac Large Capacity Trunk Storage Box is 75*31*31 cm. The damage was underneath the box, therefore not visible. Wanting to save the hassle of returning it and waiting again for a new one, I was willing to keep it and see if I would be offered a discount on my next purchase. I was offered a discount (30%), and I responded to ask if 35% would be ok. Unfortunately, I never heard back.
