Tom From Caenstone was a massive help to me when getting my mortgage. Working offshore and being paid in foreign currencies massively limits which banks are willing to work with you but Caenstone we able to secure me a mortgage fast and efficiently.

Tom is very easy to talk to explained the process clearly and managed to secure me a really good rate on my mortgage, I can't recommend Tom and Caenstone enough I will definitely be using them again in the future.

If you work abroad and are paid in a foreign currency Caenstone should be you first port of call when looking for a mortgage.

Tom was extremely helpful in getting us our mortgage. He kept us well informed at all times and answered all our questions so quickly. We had some struggles getting a mortgage but it felt like he was really dedicated to finding one for us and like he put in an immense amount of effort to secure one in the end. Tom has surpassed our expectations yet again! He advised us, found and secured, the best re-mortgage rates for our properties. In the past, when our financial situation was more complicated, Tom helped us finding the 3 mortgages we needed - 2 for existing properties and an additional one to purchase our current home.

Highly recommended, with particular thanks to Kyle Johnson for helping us over a period of months with a couple of housing transactions! We had previously used a different mortgage broker, with whom we had problems with general responsiveness, and Kyle and Caenstone were a breath of fresh air. I would note: (1) Kyle was able to advise us in a precise way on the more complex and detailed aspects of our transactions (2) he was highly responsive to our questions and comms (3) he was clearly dedicated in that I know he was sat on the phone for a number of hours to the Bank when there were any issues and (4) he removed the stress from the process for us and delivered on two mortgages for us. I could not recommend Kyle and Caenstone highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Superb mortgage advice and first class support throughout the process of arranging our mortgage. Despite living overseas for the past 7 years and having difficulties with a lack of UK credit rating, Kyle was able to recommend and secure a mortgage that was perfect for us.
