Lack of communication & customer service
Caesarstone's lack of communication and customer service is always disappointing. And this order was no exception. I sent an email moments after placing the order requesting an alternate shipping address. No response. I was supposed to receive an email once the order shipped. Again no response. This is my usual experience with Caesarstone. I don't know why I expected anything different.

As a technical interior design company
As a technical interior design company, it's really crucial for us to be able to show our clients countertop samples in a bigger format than the very small 3x3 samples where you can barely see the veinage, patterns, and art that are are these countertops. So I appreciate that Caesarstone has bigger options and the delivery is extremely quick, which was definitely a plus!

No Samples/No Contact
Ordered and paid for samples. UPS tracking showed an arrival date. Two days later UPS said only the label had been received. A week later, no change. Emailed Caesarstone and received response someone would contact me. No call, no email, no samples. Moving on to buy Silestone. Will dispute charge with credit card bank. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ABOUT NOT GETTING SAMPLES! Caesarstone, you need to do better.
