Quality product, delivered quickly

We just received our shipment of two different tables and bases for a restaurant in Plymouth and we couldn’t be more pleased!!

From the start, the knowledge and service I received from Britny was above and beyond. It was important to trust her because we couldn’t see and feel the product in person. She steered us in the right direction, based on our wants and budget.

You have many different options for tables and bases, which enabled us to customize. We received the shipment on time and the quality of the product seems great.

I don't love giving out reviews right away, since I haven't had a chance to see how the product holds up over time, but these are solid pieces, so I don't think there will be a problem. Cafe-Tables was an easy company to work with. The representatives were knowledgeable and helpful. The pieces were delivered on time and are beautiful. My only minor issue was that the bases did not come with pre-drilled holes, so I had to ask for help with assembly.

Ordered large cast iron table base. It arrived quickly and product was just as described and well packed. It makes an attractive pedestal for my quartz table top.

The height of the table sent was not what I had ordered. However, their customer support apologized for the error and quickly sent a replacement. I was satisfied with the product I received.

We have been looking for a very specific kitchen table & cafe-tables was amazing to work with. They always responded to questions quickly & offered advise as to which materials worked best with our home. Their prices are great especially for custom pieces. We would definitely use them again when we need our next table!

Cafe Tables did a great job helping me choose the right tabletop and stain color, going by photos of wood that was in the area where the tables would be used. They’re professional yet very personable. Items were delivered at the expected time and in perfect condition. We were very pleased!

Highly recommend this company! Five-star high quality products! I only docked 1 star because I had received my table-base and on the receipt it had handwritten “drop shipping” for my table-top. So I wasn’t sure if that meant it would be in a different shipment, my shipping charges were dropped, or what exactly. So I had to email. Other than that everything was excellent
