Do not purchase from here. Bought in November 2025, gifted in December 2025. Returned to them 29th December. Have had to chase every step of the way - they said they'd update when they received the wax, they didn't. No progress updates without chasing, which I had to do repeatedly, for months. Finally received the product weeks later than planned, only for it to be incorrect (chain length that I paid for was wrong). Asked them to send a correct one out, offered to return the incorrect one when received. Nope - adamant I had to return it to them first, delaying my ability to wear the product even longer. And now guess what?! Sent mine back, but no correct chain returned, so cannot wear the product as intended... I have attempted to reclaim through credit card but is outside the time limit, which I'm now convinced is part of their scam tbh, they delayed it way beyond their own timelines given and are now untouchable. Such a shame as the idea is lovely but I would never order anything from this company ever again.

Agree with the other review instructions are beyond complicated, very unclear what part of the process you are at. I ordered a gift for my mother Nov and still no sight of it in April.

Bought the jewelery making kit using a voucher I was gifted. Communication was great, kit received quickly, the kit itself was lovely and was easy to use. The process of making the item was fun, meaningful and unique. Process from returning the wax mould to receiving the finished item was easy, with updates on progress. Item received in a nice bag and I am absolutely delighted with the finished product!

Ordered a necklace in Oct 25 there were some difficulties with the instructions and getting the cast to them. By November they received it. This was a present for my daughter. Her birthday is November. It is now February 2026. Still no sign of the necklace. I’ve been palmed off with multiple excuses. There are much better companies out there. Do not use them.
