High quality and great customer service

A fantastic company

First and foremost, I want to applaud the quick service. With my second order, the wrong item was delivered. sent incorrect ring size, but customer service fixed the issue!

I went to order a ring in size 54, but despite adding that one to the cart, the website glitched and changed the ring size to 60! I only noticed when I tried on the ring and it was too big. I ended up discovering the issue since I was sure I didn't click 60 and found the issue. After I emailed info@ (with a screen recording of the website issue), customer service was nice enough to promptly send me the correct size which arrived a few days later.

Customer service team so helpful

I had purchased some items for myself and my partner for valentines in a sale, and had incorrectly ordered the wrong ring size for myself! I emailed with the customer service team and was so impressed by how quickly they responded and were so kind in helping me organise the correct size! I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. My package has been stuck in Oslo for over 3 weeks, far beyond the expected 5-day delivery time, and the postal service now considers it lost. I contacted the sender, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering from this seller.

I'd give it zero if I could

I placed an order over two weeks ago for a gift and have had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with.

The tracking showed the parcel stuck in the same sorting centre since February 4th. Every time I contacted CAINTÈ, I received generic responses repeating that it was “in transit” and that it had been “escalated.” Nothing actually happened.

I eventually contacted DHL myself and was told the parcel is being returned to the sender, something CAINTÈ never informed me about.

On top of that, it is impossible to speak to a real human. Every response is AI automated, scripted, and completely disconnected from the actual issue. I’ve asked for proper assistance and clarity, but I’m clearly just speaking to bots.

No proactive communication, no transparency, no resolution.

If you value clear communication and reliable delivery, I would strongly reconsider ordering.

A parcel being stuck for that long, and then returned by the carrier without clear updates, is absolutely not the level of service we want to provide. We also understand your disappointment regarding the communication, and we take this feedback very seriously.

Please note that carriers do not always notify us immediately when a parcel is being returned to sender. In some cases, the tracking is the first place this update appears, which can unfortunately cause delays in communication. That said, we absolutely want to resolve this properly for you.

Unfortunately, I’m only able to see your name here on Trustpilot and cannot locate your order in our system based on this information alone. I have requested additional details such as your order number or the email address used at checkout, so I can identify your shipment and assist you right away.

As soon as I have that information, I will personally investigate the case and make sure we find a fast and appropriate solution for you.
