Great products and great customer support

The title says it all. I am really pleased with Cainte. Own a bunch of jewelry from them aswell as a watch.

The support is always really responsive and understanding. Especially in regard to their Lifetime Jewelry Warranty.

All in all very satisfied!

Stay Away. You will never receive your items.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered ORDER #117217 on the 16th of NOVEMBER and still today the 6th of December have I received it. Spoke with Annika on the 1st of December who told me she was resending the shipment as a priority. I received a shipment which was most certainly not what I ordered and have had ZERO communication from anyone regarding this order. I have spent a lot of money foolishly with this company as they have no customer service or anyone to contact to help out. STAY AWAY!!!

The good news is that both of your shipments now appear to have been delivered, and I’ve just sent you a detailed email so we can confirm together that everything is now correct and that you have received all the items you paid for.

Regarding the lack of replies, I also want to explain what happened on our side: each time you followed up, your message appeared in our system as a new ticket rather than as a continuation of the original one. Since we always answer the oldest messages first, this caused your replies to be pushed to the back of the queue every time.

Of course, this should not happen, and I’m very sorry for the frustration it caused.

I’m handling your case now to make sure everything is properly resolved.

Really good experience

The support is reactive and happy to offer you solutions whenever you meet an issue with your order. The lifetime guarantee is also appreciable. It is the first time I see this for a jewellery brand.

Impressed from start to finish

I purchased a Claude automatic watch and had it shipped internationally. The delivery was impressively fast, and the watch looked just as stunning in person as it did online. It arrived in an elegant box with a stylish dust bag.

After placing my order, I realized I had forgotten to add a free gift. I contacted customer service and received a response within just a few hours from Annika, who was very helpful. She even let me choose a complimentary item from their jewelry collection—such amazing service. The jewerly was sent to my adress for free.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and can confidently recommend this company to others.

Good customer service

Had a small problem with one of my items - I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly and solved the issue promptly. Specifically Annika showed me great customer service and I am pleased with the response.
Aside from this, their jewelry is really gorgeous and I would recommend purchasing from them.

From Alibaba

Just search the product with google lens and you will find the identical thing on Alibaba for under 1 Euro. Its a complete rip off - DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED

I can assure you that we do not source our products from Alibaba or any similar platforms.

I'm actually glad you raised this concern so I have the chance to clarify it, even though I don’t find it fair that we receive a 1-star review based on an assumption that isn’t correct.

It’s true that certain classic designs – like Cuban chains or a simple hammered ring – are styles that exist broadly in the jewellery world. They are timeless pieces that many jewellers work with, so visually similar versions can naturally be found in many places.

However, pieces such as the Essence Ring, Nikki Necklace, Original Necklace, our watches and several others are fully our own designs. These are hand-drawn by us and our founder, and produced exclusively by CAINTÈ, based on our specifications.

In addition, even when a design appears simple or similar, there is a significant difference in materials and craftsmanship: the grade of stainless steel, how links are constructed, the finishing, durability, and overall production standards.

All CAINTÈ jewellery and watches is made according to our own quality requirements, and you will not find identical products on Alibaba.

Excellent and very quick Support

I had an issue with my ring after a small piece broke off, and Sebastian handled the situation exceptionally well. He was quick to respond, clearly explained my options, and made sure the problem was resolved smoothly. Outstanding service and support, highly appreciated!!

Poor quality, poor service

I was critical with this company at the beginning, and I should have stayed that way. Misleading advertising and delayed shipping. Sebastian was very helpful and understanding and offered a compensation item, which I was very thankful for. HOWEVER, the Gala Ring broke in less than a month of use. I emailed them and they said the guarantee woould cover it and the team would be in touch. Haven't had any news from them since the 6th of January, not even when I emailed again and asked for an update. So, in short, poor quality and poor service, better to avoid.
