Clockify seemed like a great option for integration with project management software, but that's not the case.

Clockify seemed like a great option for my team's needs and integration with a project management software. Unfortunately, I was misled entirely by the sales pitch and Clockify did not integrate properly. The training provided after purchase was insufficient and when I requested a refund they refused to consider the request. They offered a pittance as acknowledgement of our experience. Their inflexibility and inability to acknowledge the poor customer service they provided (which is in essence no customer service at all) motivated this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT.
