I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent cake order. I had specifically ordered a picture cake because it featured teddies, which was the main reason I chose that design. However, when I went to collect the cake, I was informed by the staff that the picture could not be added because the cake was too small. I was never notified about this issue in advance—neither through a call nor on the website during the ordering process. There was no indication while adding the item to my cart that a picture could not be added to that cake size. Had I known earlier, I would have chosen a different option. This lack of communication was very disappointing and ruined the special moment, as the cake did not turn out as expected. I hope you will review this issue so that future customers are informed beforehand if certain features cannot be added to their order.
