It’s a scam. I paid Rs 1200 for bouquet of flower for same day delivery. Initially the number they have provided on the website will respond and try to delay the order. Soon they stopped responding to my calls , WhatsApp texts and emails. By the end of the day after constant pressure they delivered flower bouquet worth Rs 400 from the local vendor.
Do not order anything from here and save your money. Worst experience!

Very bad service. I've ordered chocolet cake worth 977 with delivery charges, and got locally cheap black forest with wong name written on it. Very bad service

Don't trust cakegift. They are cheaters. This should be blocked by government as they collecting money and ran away.

Ordered a flower delivery for my girlfriend when she came back from her trip for 8-10 AM, she was supposed to come back at 4 PM. After 10 AM the order had not arrived so I contacted customer service, they told me that there was fog and the order would be delivered by 2. Fast forward to 2 PM and they are claiming that the driver is on his way and that they are 40 KM away. Fast forward again to 4 PM and nothing... crickets. Do yourself a favor and dont give these scamming thieves a cent of your money. Because they are not to be relied upon in any capacity.
Update* so apparently they claimed that the delivery could not arrive because the driver got into an accident, yet the day after I ordered this a local florist comes to my girlfriends door asking to confirm if this was the right address, saying that the company had originally commissioned his flower shop to send it at the time I had placed this order, meaning that they had never even sent the delivery to begin with despite claiming to, and had made up a fake story about not honoring the delivery time or the original order. Id give these people zero stars if I could for not only doing a horrible job but also being dishonorable and fraudulent business people

I ordered a cake and it was delivered. I called/chatted on the number and the ma’am there was really helpful 😊. For me, they served well when I desperately needed a quick delivery.

Worst service ever. It is the second time they took full payment for midnight delivery but have not received the orders on time and after 12 hours I am still begging them to give me my orders. Very cheap service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent order I placed with your team. I had booked a Rasmalai cake for my niece’s birthday and had clearly mentioned the personalized message and specific delivery time. Unfortunately, not only was the delivery attempted four hours earlier than scheduled, but the cake delivered was completely different — a cheap, low-grade substitute with a filthy taste that was in no way acceptable.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact your team to resolve the issue, I was blocked and completely ignored on WhatsApp. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is truly disheartening — especially coming from a business in our own country. A birthday celebration was ruined because of this careless service, and it’s unacceptable to play with people’s emotions in this manner.

I request an immediate refund or a suitable compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. I have retained all necessary evidence, including the order details, payment receipt, photographs of the incorrect cake, and chat records. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer forums and public platforms.

I ordered a cake and bouquet from Cakegift.in for ₹2347 on 20th April 2025 for my parents’ wedding anniversary. Not only did they fail to deliver the order on time, but when I contacted them, they casually said they would deliver it the next day – completely defeating the purpose of the occasion.

I requested a refund immediately, and they claimed it would be processed within 30 days. It’s now over a month, and I have neither received the refund nor any response to my emails or messages. Their customer service is completely unresponsive, and the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

This platform is unprofessional and unreliable – I would not recommend Cakegift.in to anyone looking for timely service or customer support. Avoid at all costs.

Its a fraud company. They take the order and do not deliver. There customer care only chat with you when you make the order. see the image i attached for conversations

I ordered cake and flowers for my husband’s birthday and there is no response from then since the payment. There was no delivery until now.

Very bad experience. Not professional.Took high cost of money & Not followup properly & will delay timings.

Summary : The cake got delivered but several hours after, despite paying for morning delivery, didn't get sugar free as asked and didn't even get the cake I ordered.

For my Father's birthday, ordered a cake and paid extra for their '8:30 to 10:00AM' delivery.
The ordering process seems a bit shady since after paying you only get the payment confirmation from the payment provider and nothing from this vendor. From the time of order till the delivery, there are zero updates on whether order will be made on time. I got a bit worried and reached their customer care a couple days before delivery and they said 'it will be delivered'.
On the day of delivery, the cake did not get delivered on time and instead my Mom and I both had to chase customer service, who now promised to deliver by 5pm.

Eventually a cake was delivered but it was not sugar free (I paid extra for sugar free as my Father is diabetic) and it was not even the flavor I asked for.
I asked for a refund atleast for my early delivery costs that they could not do and have not got a response back.

I would strongly avoid this company, given their poor attitude to the customer and almost careless attitude.
