I met Cakesmiths at the recent HRC Show. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I was fortunate to be offered a sample of their chocolate delights - they were fabulous!
I thoroughly recommend this company.

I’m sorry to give 1 star to a business I’ve been working with for over a year, but I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered a cinnamon bun and the products tasted overly lemony, almost like they were spoiled. I contacted them and asked for the items to be replaced, but they sent me the same spoiled products again. A complete waste of time and effort. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely the best choice to go with for all coffee shop bakery needs. The rocky road is to die for and so is the chocolate banana loaf- huge sellers. Order and delivery easy, packaging is great too! Excellent service - highly recommend!

We've used Cakesmiths for years, the cakes are always top class, especially love their small batches to add a bit of variety. But I am leaving a review to thank the customer service team who are always on hand to help with life's little issues. Big or small they always find a resolution that works. Special thanks to Freya!

The cakes are amazing and there is so much variety. These fly off the shelves and the staff love them too. Ordering is quick and easy. The cakes arrive on time and well packaged. Will continue to use cakesmiths.

Tasty cake always and customer service is good.

Been let down again by their delivery company DPD, delivered to the wrong address! We put up with the drivers throwing the boxes down, usually upside down! Grumpy sometimes rude delivery people, This time was a complete joke! Cakes re delivered the following day, all thawed and smashed! Cake smiths are delivering the full order and giving me a full refund (after much negotiation).

The Cakes are amazing, the best I have ever had, but the deliver packaging needs sorting out, putting 8 ice packs at the bottom and a lump of shredded cardboard on top isn't the best, especially when we start reaching the summer hotter temperatures.

Tom, Customer Services & the whole dispatch team go above & beyond. I love your product, proposition and culture. Good Work.

Claim to deliver to all of mainland UK. They don’t and were not remotely apologetic about excluding large areas of Scotland.

We have been purchasing from Cakesmiths since June 2020 when we were able to trade during COVID with our alfresco coffee bar. The customer service at Cakesmith's, (thank you Gemma) the prices & quality of their products (with every single cake having been personally sampled - for research of course) being simply divine! No way back for us, we love the products we get from Cakesmiths and our customers definitely do too. Very happy customer :)
