Had been struggling to acquire a replacement cap for the waste tank underneath my Autotrail MH following a freak accident which took out the original. Nowhere else I contacted appeared bothered to assist but Mike at CAK tanks was very helpful in checking the photos I sent against the cap in stock. Delighted to have resolved this issue - the cap fits!

It seems as the Retailer/Supplier of this Thetford fridge they didn't want to know. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 goods supplied by a retailer the goods should be fit for purpose. This company doesn't understand there obligations.. They left it up to myself to have this New Fridge repaired do all the chasing to find a Thetford fridge engineer to help me.. Beware All Thetford fridge Engineers require a call out charge paid by the customer B4 they even diagnose any fault. Minimum charge I found was 75 pounds after phoning several engineers in my area Brackley Northants.. Several wanted more plus Vat...
My local Caravan Service Guy diagnosed the problem to be the PCB board, as he isn't a Thetford engineer he couldn't order the part, I had to phone a Thetford engineer told him the problem he ordered the part it's come but Still would not come and fix without his 75 pound call out charge.. Its now fixed and sorted but the reason I'm giving this review.. IF YOU NEED TO ORDER ANY THETFORD FRIDGE GO TO A PROPER caravan dealer the New Fridge was 900 pounds delivered to my home if you got a problem the caravan dealer is obliged to sort, This company CA Tanks don't want to know I've asked them for 75 Pounds to cover the cost of repair.. Not the diagnose cost... I really kick myself for not Rejecting the said Fridge which I could have done under the Sale of Goods Act 1978.. Lesson learned..
