Rossana at Aurs Meadows, Barrhead, has been exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful at every stage of our home buying journey. Jenny has kindly taken time to assist with the choices relating to the interior of the property, Last but not least, Lizzie has helped me out on a number of occasions with various queries. I highly commend all three of these ladies!

Very helpful, friendly and professional. No surprise that this is our second Cala home purchase.

Just moved in to a new home in Lancing and after spotting minor issues they were reported and solved quickly by Mark Wilkins and his team.
5 stars for Cala in the south, matching the good reputation that they have in Scotland.

Jeff Crawford from customer care helped us out big time by removing scaffolding to allow access for the British Gas engineer. Wouldn't have happened otherwise.
Just a pity the scaffolding was still there in the first place.

Alan Park completed the paintwork snagging in my apartment. Alan was very professional and the work was first class nothing was any bother with minimum disruption.

Andrew galloway came out to replace a door for us -- there on time and carried out the job with no fuss or mess -- very pleasant manner -- a credit to the company -- 10 out of 10 -- thanks also to neal young who assisted -- also very pleasant-- all in all a very positive experience

Visited Ballagan Woods Killearn to view the new houses being built. We were met by Vickie, your on site representative who showed us around the show houses. We were very impressed by Vickie who was very knowledgeable with regard to all aspects of the build.

Recently had to deal with a leak which is never ideal. Every direct Cala tradesman has been fab. Most recent one was George Fisher for painting/decorating over the top of the repair. Fab representation of the brand. Real friendly and got the job done.

I visited Ballagan Woods today with my husband to have a look at these beautiful houses. I was very impressed with Vickie who instantly welcomed us as we walked through the doors. She provided us with all the relevant information we required without coming across too pushy . She gave us time to look around the show houses ourselves which was nice yet popped in to ask if we had any questions . Great that she had local knowledge of the area .

Mark Wilkins has been absolutely brilliant in supporting our family since we part-exchanged on the New Monks Park estate. He has been very quick to sort out any issues and worked around my wife and our babies needs. A breeze to deal with and does a thorough job with everything.

A lovely enjoyable visit to the Ballagan Woods Development. Vickie was so helpful and took the time to show us all the various options available. We felt very relaxed with Vickie who was so knowledgeable about everything and is very easy to talk too. A real asset to Cala

Carol and Fraz have truly gone above and beyond in helping us with our new home at Cornhill Village, Hamilton. From the very beginning, they provided us with all the information we could possibly need - and often even more than we could have thought to ask!
They are incredibly patient and supportive, especially with me asking lots of questions and needing to be sure before making decisions. Emails are answered quickly, calls are always picked up, and they both clearly know exactly what’s going on and keep us updated every step of the way.
What really stands out is their genuine desire to help and advise wherever they can. There’s never a “that’s not possible” - it’s always “let’s see what we can do.” Working with them has been a pleasure, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
