Atlantica Village crete
Through Tui travel agency, we have booked a trip to Crete at Atlantica Village for the whole family, a total of 6 rooms, we have booked and paid from home to be able to stay in our rooms as we have to leave late, we checked with the hotel if it was possible for us didn't want to move rooms, this Tui said we could after looking into it. but then we get a note through the door the day before that we have to check out of our hotel room no later than 11 the next day, we complain to the hotel as we have paid for it from home but they say that's just how it is at this hotel. After that we complain to Tui but they can't do anything about it either, even though they were the ones who booked us and said it could be done. I would in no way recommend this hotel to anyone and be wary of what Tui promises. Very regrettable experience…..
