Charged $3,000 for nothing, then blocked my account
I am writing this review to warn others about my shocking experience with Caleb & Brown.
I deposited $60,000 via wire transfer into my account and purchased Ethereum. I was charged a $3,000 fee for this transaction, which I accepted at the time. Later, I decided to withdraw $56,000 worth of Ethereum to my personal Trust Wallet.
Before proceeding, I personally spoke with my assigned broker, who explicitly confirmed that everything was in order and that my withdrawal would be released. Based on that assurance, I went ahead with the request.
Instead of releasing my funds, Caleb & Brown blocked my account without any prior notice or valid explanation. My broker, who had given me the green light, never followed through and essentially misled me. To make matters worse, they kept the $3,000 fee even though the withdrawal was never completed and my account is now frozen.
I have been left with no access to my own money, no clear communication, and no resolution. This is not just poor service—it feels deceptive and completely unethical. I trusted this platform based on its reputation, and I deeply regret it.
If you are considering using Caleb & Brown, I strongly urge you to think twice. I am now taking this matter up with financial regulators and my bank, and I will be sharing my story across every platform possible until I get my funds back.
Update: I am still waiting for a response and a full refund of the $3,000 fee, along with the release of my $56,000 withdrawal. This situation has caused me immense stress and financial uncertainty.
