We have had my husbands truck at your Lake Jackson Texas location. We have been lied to over and over. They have had his truck for nearly 2 months. It has been excuse after excuse. They lied to us on more than one occasion. Our rental ran out a month in so we had to pay out of pocket over $200. We just couldn't afford it anymore so we are down to one car. My husband works out if town so he is here one week and gone one week so when he goes out of town he has to take my car leaving me without an automobile for the week. I have a full time job as well so this is such an inconvenience. Every week it's one excuse after another. We were supposed to have gotten his truck back this past Friday 9/29/23 but once again we were put off. We were told we would get it Saturday but they weren't even open. I have talked to my insurance (Progressive) about this and they have our complaints on file. I do not like to be lied to, I feel this entire business has been so unprofessional that it's unreal. We understand things happen but my goodness, enough is enough. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well. This has been a total nightmare.

It’s been months and if I don’t contact them they don’t contact me. What’s it been six months to finish my vehicle. Now the new head light they put in at the Vineland Nj store is only turning on when you start the car but dosent turn on at night. Acura ILX was left with glass inside has been promised several times made me come out of pocket for additional rental car fees. Just a Shame.

Nice people and excellent wortk

Every employee I interacted with was very polite and helpful. The front office ladies were very kind and concerned about me, I am 72 years old. I forgot and left my remote for our gate in my car. I called back and told them what I had done and told them I would come get it the next day. When I got there the next day, the lady said she would call someone from the back to come and get me to go to my car. The young man who came kindly offered to go get the remote for me so I would not have to walk so far. I was contacted several times by the Shop manager to bring me up to date on the repair work. They had trouble getting a part and it did take longer than I had hoped. I called and told the Shop Manager I was renting a car and it was so expensive and I live on Social Security and cannot afford to rent the car much longer. He said he understood and would see that my car was worked on sooner. I really appreciated his understanding. Everyone at the Gulfport store was so nice. I would recommend Caliber Collision to any one who needs efficient service and all done with a smile. by the way, the work on my car was excellent and my car really looked brand new.

Caliber Collision - Lewisville/Flower Mound

Just got my Toyota Highland back after back-to-back fender benders on my part. I was concerned about costs since I didn't submit insurance claims. These guys did a fantastic job on my car and were very reasonably priced for the amount of work that needed to be done. We have used them before and will use them again if needed. I highly recommend them!

I cannot imagine a more terrible experience

At the recommendation of Geico I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision 8/22 for a post accident collision estimate. I’m inclined to disclose an interaction/conversation I had with one of the employees that was extremely offensive and combative (John in Sarasota off Cattleman Rd. The entire experience is extremely disappointing. The Calibur repair process was explained to me… free estimates, step-by-step communication & on-time delivery. Unfortunately, my experience was the polar opposite!
8/22 dropped off Jeep & consulted with John regarding damage and he stated I would be getting a lot of text messages from them updating me througout the entire process. I have explained that the following day I was supposed to move to Tennessee so it’s very important to know an ETA as soon as they know, etc. As it’s possible, I would have to stay elsewhere while my vehicle is being fixed. Also explained if there was time constraints back ordered parts, etc. the sooner I need that information the better as I may need to bring it elsewhere. He assured me I would know for sure in 24 hours & that usually it takes a couple of weeks.

8/23 @4:30 had not heard from Caliber collision, so I called asking if John was available to update. The gentleman looked in the computer and said “don’t quote me on this, but it looks like some of your parts aren’t available until 9/15”. Then placed me on hold while he retrieved John I was
on hold for 3-4 minutes and then the call dropped. I called back. A lady answered told me John was unavailable and that he would call me back. I never received a call.
8/22 @5pm I still have not heard anything from caliber no paperwork, no information whatsoever not even a requisition number. I called and asked for John .
John gets on the phone and immediately starts yelling at me…” I told you you’re going to have to give me some time this is going to take a lot of work. There’s a lot of damage and you need to understand this and you need to be patient.
I said, whoa, whoa hang on a minute, and he continued yelling over me and would not let me interject. He said you are not letting me finish I’m trying to tell you something and you are going to have to be patient and as I already=
told you I’m not the one who wrecked his car and this car has so much damage. It needs a lot more than a bumper and possibly rails.
Anyway, he continues to go on and finally I said excuse me, what are you talking about? We have not talked about anything. I have no idea what you’re e talking about. He says oh, really, you don’t remember our conversion from this morning. We had a conversation and I explained every bit of This to you and hear you are calling back” he continues.
Again I tried to tell him but he was so angry. I finally raised my voice saying “we have not spoken” and I have no idea what you’re talking about. Then pauses and asks me what my phone number was, I told him & he replied “oh I guess you’re not the one I’ve sending texts to & spoke with this morning, somebody put entered the wrong phone number. He chuckles and says well I need to figure out who I was texting and talking to then chuckles again and continues to say well I’ll update your phone number.

Then he proceeds to say there is a lot of damage to the vehicle and waiting on the rails machine to check the damage of the railing system. He acted like nothing had happened & wasn’t screaming at me a few seconds prior. He said I need to find out who put the wrong information in and whom I’ve been speaking to. I said well can you tell me what information you had and told someone else? He said parts are on back ordered and probably be done in three weeks. I reiterated my situation and said that it was crucial to know as soon as he had the information because I may need to send it somewhere else. He said he understood, and assured me once again, I would hear from him the next day as the machine should be there to complete. The estimate & should know the exact date, Friday 8/23.
That said, I got off the phone in tears. I’m paying out of pocket for a rental car from the on site enterprise. It’s appalling, inhumane and this stressful situation now magnified tenfold.
How am I to trust this company, when I am in tears from the beginning? That said 3 days pass with no communication whatsoever until receiving a text 11/26.
11/26 text “good afternoon, the estimate is 98% complete, we are at $11,456.00, i have sent this to geico for review as it is close to the total loss threshold, i will reach out as soon as i have an answer john with caliber”

8/31/23 I have not heard anything else at this point

I brought my 2021 Jeep to Caliber…

I brought my 2021 Jeep to Caliber Collision after having my first at-fault collision after over 50 years of driving! I hydroplaned into the back of another vehicle that was stopped at a light. I hit her lightly with no airbag deployment or major damage. My front end had damage that mostly couldn't be seen besides what was obvious. I met Glen, a manager at Caliber, and we discussed my Jeep. He showed me that most of the damage was behind the broken grill and would not be visible until it all was opened up. I said fine, and then went to Enterprise to get a rental. The next afternoon, Glen called me and told me all about what had to be done to repair my Jeep. I didn't understand some of it, so he took his time and explained it to me. He told me what parts had to be ordered and approximately how long the job would take. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable they would take care of my Jeep. During the course of the repair, Glen called me 3 or 4 times, giving me updates on the progress of the repair. It was going faster than I thought it would and I was VERY pleased with the updates. Less than a full week, it was ready! The front end looks like it just came out of the showroom!!! WOW!!! They EVEN straightened out my license plate! I was VERY pleased with Caliber Collision, Glen, and the personnel that worked on my Jeep. It shows that they care AND know what they are doing when their product comes out as SHOWROOM QUALITY!!! THANK YOU, Glen, and the rest of the Caliber Collision Crew!!!

Feels Like Family

I’m a single mother who is very apprehensive about trusting body shops. Actually—my uncle owns a shop nearby where my family normally goes. However, the Caliber Collision on Delsea Drive in Glassboro, NJ is consistently efficient, professional, kind, and trustworthy—feels more like family than my own extended one. My vehicles typically go in and come out without a trace of damage and no supplements needed. This location will always receive my business! Thanks again, Kennedy, Chris, Nicki, “The Manager”, and the crew! Be blessed and well!

Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)

Unfortunately, I have to give the Caliber Collison on Gunn Highway 1 star. While the cosmetic work done on my car was good the fact that I had approximately $100 worth of change and miscellaneous items stolen from inside my car during the 3 weeks it was there makes this a place I will never return to. I strongly encourage anyone that reads this to either avoid this place or at the very least remove all items from within your car.

And before the “Response from owner” is posted. Don’t bother. Don’t bother to apologize for the inconvenience or ask me to email or call with my concerns. It’s trite. The fact is I did report this and nothing was done. A manager offered to buy my a tank of gas next time I’m around the shop. So, I’m supposed to come back with my hat in my hand and ask for scraps kind sir? No thanks. While this would be something one could possibly except out of a shop in Drew Park, I wasn’t expecting it from this place. For that I take full responsibility and as far as I’m concerned that was the cost of the lesson to never do business with you again.

It is a person's responsibilty to inform the community when something like this happens.

May 3rd

May 3rd. 2023 dropped car off told us it would be a week. Went to pick up car on May 11th. 2023. They said car was done. Took car home and seen that the bumper was not put on properly and the taillight was excused, and it looked worst then before we got into the accident. Also, the paint did not match the rest of the car. The car is grey, and the bumper is green, gray. Took the car back. They said they would fix it. Called to see the status of the car. Brian the manager told me they had a problem and got some kind of glue on the right rear quarter panel, and they have to paint it also due to their mistake. They called said to pick up the car on May 19th. 2023. We inspected the car before taking it and once again the paint did not match. The bumper was still not the right color. We also noticed that the interior trim panel was all scratched up. Confronted Brian the manager and he said he would look into it. He got back to me and said the interior panel would cost $350.00 and he said he would speak to his employee about the scratches, and they said they never touched it. But in order to paint the right rear panel they damaged they had to take the window out. In order to get the window out you have to take the interior panel off to get to the window out. Manager said it's a hard paint to match and that all car bumpers are different colors than the car itself. I knew this was not correct. We left the car again for the fourth time. He said he would blend it so it would match. We picked the car up on May 31st. 2023. Brain the manager said car good to go, we had to bring the car back again on June 5th., 2023 letting them know that there was overspray on the whole entire car. Brian the manager said he would take care of it. Picked the car up on June 6th. 2023. on June 8th. 2023 when the sun came out, we could see that the paint does still not match and that there is still a lot of overspray on the car. When they took the overspray off, they used buffer, and in the sunlight, we could see the car looked like a swirling ice cream cone. We did not take it back to them again, for that would have been the fifth time. Called the adjuster at AAA, they spoke to him, and he said there was nothing else he could do. Adjuster sent us to another shop, and they took care of this for us, matching the paint color and replacing the inner panel that Caliber scratched up. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. A simple bumper replacement and taillight replacement turned into a nightmare. A three-day repair turned into over a month-long nightmare.

great experience at 5565 Belair Rd

My car was backended while sitting at a red light.
Though I live in Cockeysville, the only collision center available was 5565 Belair Rd. I had nothing but aggravation and frustration til I spoke to Beth in Customer Service. She was very professional and caring. My car was towed there and in a short time the repair was done The job was beautiful. Eight months later I took it back for an adjustment. No question asked and the work was done as soon as I brought it in. Every experience there was a good one.
Every person I spoke to was kind and polite. It doesn't get any better than that.

I brought my Audi Q3 in because someone had pulled the back door handle and broke it. I asked the managers opinion and he initially thought it might be $500-$1000 to replace it but asked me if I had 10 minutes to wait. He brought it to the back came back 1015 minutes later with the handle repaired and functional. He told me to take it easy on it because it might just last a couple of years or so. He refused to take any payment or gratuity. I have had my cars repaired there before, and was always happy with CALIBER, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated his honesty, generosity and kindness.

4 X Customer; 1st X Caliber LHC

Caliber LHC, AZ was a option by my USAA Insurance Company. I had used Caliber for car repairs in California 3x’s. Brian at LHC was amazing and they “fixed” a past CA Caliber repair that wasn’t up to company standards. My vehicle looks brand new; they earn 5 stars for the experience from drop off to pick up…Quality Service.
