Great place and very responsive host! The view is fantastic and we loved our stay!

Apartment was clean, modern and spacious and the location was PERFECT! Situated very very close to Broad Street but with none of the noise! absolutely brilliant. 💯 Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay. Would highly recommend! x

I was lucky enough to win a 2 night stay at the athena suite and a cash prize! It was such a modern, beautiful apartment to stay in. The deposit is more than reasonable once you actually realise all thats included to make the stay comfortable, homely and most importantly safe. Very close to all the broad street pubs, resturants and attractions too so lots to do. Customer service is fantastic with access to their whatsapp business account if you have any questions or concerns about your stay

Terrible service,keys located far from the apartment. Bedding dirty, broken flat cheap pillows and dirty blankets on the beds, no tea, coffee, sponges, no toiletries. Price too hight for this what you are getting

A good choice of apartments; beautiful apartments in great choice of areas. Very affordable, clean, tidy, and high standard. The beautiful apartment I had chosen was in the central, it was easy to get to all the locations I needed to get to that we’re a few minutes away. The hosts were absolutely great, any time I needed anything they were very quick to message back and help.

I was impressed from start to finish with the service and the finish of the apartment. I celebrated my 40th birthday in the Medusa suite, absolutely fantastic location.

Great apartment exactly as described. Very unique with furniture and room set ups. Check in easy and they actually gave us check out til 2 for no extra charge.. you’d never get that anywhere else. Thank you once again and I highly recommend for any type of night outs or cause for celebration

I stayed at the Aphrodite suite last week for two days. i was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment. The decor was aesthetically pleasing in comparison to other apartments i have stayed at in the past. The tour guides provided was a great initiative which assisted me greatly during my travel around Birmingham.

What can I say? Well one word FANTASTIC. Had a little get together with with extended family after lockdown and they were blown away by the luxury and comfort aspect of the apartment. The service and communication with the host was also very professional.

Place was extremely tidy and in a perfect location in the centre of Birningham. Good video was uploaded prior to arrival showing how to enter the building whether by foot or vehicle. Very comfortable stay, will certainly book again in the future.

I’m so happy we chose to stay here, from the outset the customer service was 10/10, it is in a great, easy to access location; just a short walk from the City Centre. When we arrived we were so impressed by the design and finish of the place. It definitely felt like a luxury stay! Very clean and homely, we will definitely be returning whenever in Birmingham!

My first impression, how quiet it was at entering the apartment. There was a very welcoming atmosphere very clean and well kept, the decor was just as one would expect in a top class hotel. Ecellent beds very comforable, clean bathrooms and a well equiped kitchen. I liked the bacony with table and chairs, one could sit out on a warm night to eat.
No problems in making a booking, all went through fine at a good price. Caliber Stays were very helpful all one could ask for. They will always be my first choice when I need accomadation in Birmingham.

I had a very pleasant experience staying with Caliber Stays. The property was clean and to a very high standard. It had a lot of good quality things, like the TV and the overall feel was really nice.
