They participate in false advertising. I purchased an AI Panda stuffed toy that was supposed to move responding to your touch. After waiting a month for it to arrive, it is only a stuffed animal that does NOTHING. I have tried to communicate with them, but they refuse to recognize the issue and offer me minimal compensation in comparison to what I spent. These people are frauds.

I purchased the forever bloom 4-1 foundation and received some crappie brand called Barubt. I made a mistake of buying 3 taking advantage of a promotion they had for the 3 of them. I ordered these items on 3/8/25 and received my order on 4/3/25. I emailed them immediately to make them aware that I finally received it but they sent me the wrong items and they are stating that this is what I ordered, however I took a picture of what I purchased and also the total amount that by the way end up charging me more on my credit card. My total showed as $53.03 when I checked out, and on my card it showed a charge of $66.29. All I’m asking is for them to take the item back and refund me my money or send me the item I originally paid for. This is what they are replying back to me..(

Off course that is not acceptable since I feel scammed by this company and after they increased the compensation offer to $8 and I said no and the following is what they replied:

They haven’t reply back to my last email, they ghost out. I do not recommend this company. And please if you do so choose to buy from here, do what I did and take pictures of what you paid and what you order so you don’t have to go through what I’m going through now. I placed a claim with my credit card to see if I can get my money back.

I ordered a ear bud translator A1 device in November 6 2024 and still have not received it they tracking is saying the same thing every time it’s on the way it’s in transit just wait a little longer sorry for delay but we can’t send me my money back no refund. That’s them Chinese people wit their bull crap so not fair now my money just took stolen by these crooks got scammed screwed for my $31.41 I pray no one else order nothing from CALICULATION PERIOD.

You can't get in touch with your customer service you give a website that doesn't work. The product I ordered doesn't work I want to return no way to get InTouch

It take way to long and it know contact information just in email that say the samething 3 and a half weeks and still haven’t received my order wouldn’t buy from here again

NOT A FULL REFUND OF $30.48. THE WORD IS GOING OUT ABOUT THIS SCAM. THEY MOST LIKELY KNEW IT DIDN'T WORK WHEN YOU SENT IT TO ME. TRYING TO SEND YOUR JUNK TO THE USA.

Sent a trimmer that was not working at all and refused to replace it. Scam company.

Items arrived after two weeks and everything ok and works. There were no issues with delivery. I annoyingly found the same camera on temu and eBay for about less than half the price. Oh well.
