My daughter took and completed this course in late September. We have not received our certificate after many tries to get it. They keep saying "we sent another one please wait 7-10 days". Sometimes the emails come from "newyorkdriversed" which seems suspicious. I have informed usps delivery, no mail has made it to our house. Very disappointing, and a huge waster of time. Sorry to say, but I'd look elsewhere.
