Had the best experience today at California Kitchen on Nørrebrogade! The girl working behind the counter was so lovely and helpful, and she gave me some good tips on things to do in Copenhagen - will be back soon, hopefully she'll be there next time as well!
They litterally stole my money!
Right after paying for two salat bowls I discovered, that the girl at the counter had charged me too much.
I politely asked for to return the money. She just ignored me - and I had to ask 3 times just to get a response!
When I finally got an answer, she said that they can not return money to customers....huh what??
I then tried to get someone else to talk me, but they all semmed like they didn't care and just couldn't be bothered...
In the end, after much arguing, they finally volunteered to call the manager, and after having talked to the manager they retiurned with an email address and told me I could write the manager, if I wanted my money back.
WAUW! This experience just blows my kind...
They have absolutely no misgiving about literally stealing money from a customer. They don't care at all!
Such illegal and immoral behaviour is hard to find in any other restaurant.
