Really happy with most of my order. The clothes are trendy, well-made and arrived faster than I expected. One item had a small pull in the fabric which I flagged to team - they apologized immediately and issued a partial refund. The process was smooth and fair. Good brand overall.
Item looked nothing like the picture. Shipping took forever (came from china not Wisconsin or California) and customer service does not respond. Just try calling the customer service number.. it’s a dead number. Avoid this company.
