Ordered rock sliders for 2024 Tundra a few months ago. Tried numerous times to get them on my vehicle. Emailed company and no response. Finally took them to my local Toyota dealership who tried over 2 hours and charged me $205.00 to tell me it is impossible to attach the rock sliders. They are defective. They even watched the install video numerous times. Now I'm out about $1600.00 for trash rock sliders and $205.00 to Toyota. That doesn't even account for hours of my time dealing with a product that doesn't fit. Absolute trash. Stay away. Go somewhere else like RCI Off-road or CBI. What a joke

Good products and customer service
I ordered a light bar for my truck. It is a good product, high output and well built. I had a problem with wiring up the switch, and I started a chat with their customer support. I was pretty frustrated but they responded quickly, gave me a solution, and then immediately sent out a replacement switch. Hard to be mad anymore after that great customer service interaction.

Long lead times over a month for everything on their website and they still take weeks longer to ship and deliver. Their “partner products” just means made in China, take your money elsewhere that’s actually made in USA.
