I like that you did away with two-factor authentication
Text-em-all has been great. When I called customer service, a real person answered the phone and was very helpful. They even followed up and called me back to make sure everything was corrected and working properly. I like that they did away with two-factor authentication. This makes sending our emergency notification texts possible. I also like the Android app, which also makes it easy to take the service mobile when we do have an emergency. It would be nice if you could add biometric sign-in from our phones for the app. I sent a test message yesterday, and it took 37 seconds before everyone started receiving it. We will be extending our service with Text-Em-All.
Very simple and easy to use.

So far this is a much easier and more affordable option for our small community swim team to send messages to our whole team than the Remind App.
