Terrible scammers, if there was an option of 0 star rating, that would be what they deserve, i just lost $90 to these shopping site and God will definitely judge them cos that was my hard earned money. They will definitely meet their Waterloo someday very soon...Amen.

As you can see Callabuy posts fake reviews on this Trustpilot page."Lynn" and "Lynn Sperry" posts the EXACT REVIEW! They also post them on Corachics review page.
Trustpilot don't erase the reviews so read and make up your own mind what is false and what is true reviews!

I ordered from a web site like this. When I tried to cancel the order I ran into a person who promised to cancel the order and directed me to web site that locked down my computer captured my email account and directed all email be sent to him. He also placed numerous orders on my PayPal account and kept me on the line until his day was over. The next day he tried to continue. I own more than one computer so I shut down the tied up computer. I found out about the email being forwarded to him and put a stop to it. The problem was a mess to to clean up. This web site looks like the same kind of web site. I placed an 80 dollar order but will not be trying to cancel it. If anyone asks you to go to your computer do not do it.

Just go ahead & try to get your $$ back!!!! Stuff is way too small, waited on line spoke with someone I couldn't understand, then he says you want to send back?? I say yes!! He says I'll call you back!! & hangs up!!!

Its not surprised to see this low rate. I like their products but the process is horrible. I followed their process and tried to buy 5 pcs. of tops. Supposedly, it should be free shipping and some discount. But, it was outrageously expensive plus no discount nor free shipping. I thought it's their program glitch. I emailed them for questions. They said the answer will be next day. It's been over 20 days, I still don't hear from them. I don't understand why bother the vendor put an add to ruin their own business. 96% 1 star... unbelievable. Why don't they use American mentality and business practice to do business?

In my opinion this company is a scam!! I placed an order for $145.00 on May 13, 2020 about a week later I received a shipment conformation email with a tracking # (which is useless). Still I have not received my order. I tried to contact them many times without response to my request for info. The tracking # they emailed is as useless as their "contact us". There is a "track my order" tab on their website. When I track my order on their website all it shows that my order was filled and gives the same useless tracking #. Finally, it shows that my order was delivered on June 26, which is incorrect. I still didn't receive any of the items I ordered, nor an email/response form this company inquiring about my order.
On July 5th almost 2 months later I finally received my order. What a scam!!!! The product doesn't look anything like the pics on their website. The product is very poorly made with very poor quality material. I cannot wear any of the items I purchased.
Do not waste your time and money.

Thank you guys for you reviews, on this company. I was about to order 5 shirts from this company Callabuy. But... Thank god I didn't. Thanks to everyone for your reviews on this company. Saved me the head ache.

Ordered 3 items in Feb. 2020. Received only one. Have tried until mid-June 2020 to resolve with Callabuy with success. They keep sending me the same code to use on a new order and the code does not work. Have tried at least 6 different times. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Worst company ever. Stay away from this company. They are the biggest scam ever. They took almost $100.00 from my account and then cancelled my order two days later due to COVID-19 and never refunded me my money. I have been trying to get in contact with them but no luck. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a linen blouse with a faded pattern (according to photo on the website.) Immediately after ordering I emailed to cancel realizing that the site looked dicey. A day later they emailed that it was already sent. I repeatedly asked for tracking information which they didn’t provide. I opened a complaint in PayPal but because I haven’t received the item yet and had not allowed enough time to receive it, the claim was closed. A month after ordering I received the blouse. It was 100% polyester, shiny and had a bright vivid pattern. I contacted them to get a refund. We went back and forth for some time. They asked for photos of the “problem.” I told them it was not as advertised and I only wanted a full refund. They offered me $8 and said I should just keep it. Next they offered me a $6 credit toward another purchase and said I could keep the blouse and give it to someone (!!) I refused and demanded a refund. I didn't hear back for another week. Now they are offering a 50% refund to my original card. I think it is safer to just ignore them!
Update: I reported this to my credit card company (Chase) and got an immediate full refund on my credit card from them. I never heard back from Callabuy so they just accepted that I'd managed to get all my money back.

Holy. Online. Shopping. Hell. Do NOT waste your time with this company. I ordered shoes and didn't get a confirmation email or anything, so I opened up a Paypal claim. They answered and said they'd give me a $2 refund on shipping for my trouble if I closed the claim. I closed the claim after I got my shoes and got $2. THEN The trouble started.

I have asked for a refund DAILY since May 12th. That's nearly 60 emails. No one understood what I was saying for the first two weeks and kept telling me to refer to my Paypal claim. I kept telling them it was closed and couldn't reopen another. After the third week, someone FINALLY sent me a return address in LA and I overnighted the shoes. They were RETURNED to me a week later (after the 30 day return window had closed) with a note from UPS saying that the business had moved. I've been sending daily emails asking what to do next, but they, day after day, tell me to refer to my Paypal claim. Which is closed. And I can't open another one. Or I TOTALLY would.

Terrible company, criminal customer service.

Also, Do NOT Call the phone number left on this Trustpilot page by another reviewer - that number is for a scammer who wants your bank account information to "issue you a refund." When I argued that I paid through Paypal and the company already had my return information, he hung up on me and wouldn't answer my return phone calls. TOTAL SCAM.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Took 2 months to receive and found the two tops were not what I had ordered. Just went through all 28 pages of tops and could not find either of the ones I received. Not sure I want to even talk to these people. May just write of as loss and say "lesson learned'. Remember buyer beware.

Thank all of you for your reviews! I was about to order from them and something told me to research a little. I found this site and so glad I did, I will NOT be buying anything from them. I hope everyone gets their issues resolved.

This is the worst place to order from. Not only did I not receive my order of 68.95 dollars... But they then scammed me out of 2,300 dollars as I tried to get my refund.. The phone operator for this company had me on the phone for two hours as he raped all my accounts. I am elderly and I admit to knowing nothing about the computer age and to take such advantage of me.. He took 200 from my bank account and opened up a PayPal credit account in my name and charged over 2,000!! He did all of this while talking with me and saying just another 15 minutes.. Over and over.. There is no way to actually reach this company as the number I found (after hours of googling) must be fraudulent as when I called it, it only beeped but then a representative called me back. The number came up as from NY and the purchase on my bank account was to a target in Brooklyn.. coincidence? I think not!!! Beware of this company!! I can not warn you enough!!!

I totally agree that it is scam. Don't buy any items from this company.

The website offered many different styles and good prices but once they have your money for the order the wait for fulfillment is extremely lengthy. My order placed in February 2020 has only been half-filled and the company had not returned answers on their customer service email they have customers use instead of providing a phone contact number. Dresses ordered for a wedding never came and I was forced to buy them somewhere else. As of today, the merchandise hasn't even been shipped yet.

Tried calling the number given by Mary with no luck.

Did get a call back, but had a great deal of difficulty understanding him due to extremely poor English on his part and impatience when I asked him to slow down and or repeat.

Told him that while they had cancelled our order, the refund we received was only about 1/5 of the total. He went into a long speech that I could only catch one word in 15. I asked if we could get refund and he said yes but I needed to fill out a form on the web page. I told him that I had tried that at least 10 times but the system would always declare a verification error. I tried to get him to fill out whatever was needed, but he always broke into some ling explanation that I could only pick out one of 5 words.

Eventually he asked me to go to my computer and enter a an address into google,. It brought up a permissions window for team viewer, a program I am familiar with that would allow him unlimited remote control of my computer. I am not about to allow someone I don't know potentially install a virus, Trojan or hold the data on my computer for ransom so I refused.He then hung up.

Unsatisfied customer, finally received my order, not satisfied, as soon as I opened the bag, I knew it was the wrong size. some type of slip was enclosed not sure what type of label it is but it is not a return label, there is no address. Have send 2 emails and not response. Normally when I place an order with a reputable company I usually get some type of confirmation saying my order had been received. There is a whole spill about how they will gladly accept your return but without a return label how can it be returned

I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING MY PURCHASE, AN INDIAN MAN CALLED ME BACK SAYING HE WOULD GUIDE ME THROUGH THE REFUND PROCESS. I WAS SKEPTICAL BUT I BEGAN THE PROCESS I STARTED QUESTIONING WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HE ASSURED ME ALL WAS WELL BUT I WAS STILL SKEPTICAL AS TO WHY HE WAS HOLDING ME ON THE PHONE. ALL OF A SUDDEN I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT THERE WAS A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT FROM PAYPAL. THIS SON OF A B**** WAS STEALING MY IDENTITY WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE!! HE GOT A $500 PAYPAL CARD IN MY NAME AND ORDERED A $200 TARGET GIFT CARD AND $200 SEA GAMER CARD!!!! HE ALSO USED MY DAUGHTERS AMAZON TO ORDER SOMETHING BECAUSE I WAS ON HER LAPTOP at the time!! This is a scam, I notified PayPal and the other places and I'm going to the police station now. Never ever but from this place!
