I had a fantastic experience with this taxi service. I needed a taxi at a very early hour after my flight was delayed, and with no trains running, I was really worried about how I would get to my destination.

The driver was punctual, friendly and incredibly reassuring. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, which was especially appreciated after a stressful and delayed flight. The journey was smooth, comfortable and completely hassle-free.

Excellent communication throughout. I was apprehensive as it was a very early morning airport drop off but needn’t have worried as they sent various confirmations and got in touch 15 minutes before pickup. Will use again without hesitation. Great service, thanks!

Easy to book nice safe driver and fantastic price

We made the booking at the last minute and Call a Cab answered immediately and were speedy, efficient and friendly.

Used these guys to drop us off at Gatwick and also to collect us from our vacation.

I used Call a Cab Brighton to organise a cab pick up for my parents from Gatwick to their hotel. They have been super helpful throughout the entire process - the instructions were clear, they tracked my parents flight ahead of the cab arriving (which was especially helpful as I was busy with work), and my parents absolutely loved the service they got from the driver (shoutout to Bav!) as he did an excellent job helping them with their bags. Many thanks to the team for their customer service and execution. I will surely use them again in the future.

Wonderful service. Friendly efficient and reasonable. So pleased to have found this company and such nice friendly people. Can't praise them enough. Bav the driver arrived on time and we had a smooth comfortable drive in a spacious vehicle. We will definitely only use them in future to get to and from the airport.

We booked a cab on the 20th September to take 6 of us to Gatwick...the booking was confirmed the day b4, and our driver texted when he was on his way..Bav (our driver ( was a maestro at fitting all of the cases into the comfortable large taxi/van..he offered us water and fully engaged on our way to Gatwick..
When we landed I rxd a text to say what vehicle and where it would be..again we were looked after by Bav.
This company truly deserves praise and recognition for their vehicles, pricing and reliability of their drivers...we will definitely all use again, and I will tell everyone and anyone about how good they are...well done and thank you..

Excellent service - took us to and from Heathrow and communication and service was brilliant throughout, as well as being very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating re the fact were travelling with two young children, too. Highly recommended- we will certainly use again!
