Do not use this company. Charge my partner 5000aed for pain relief which would apparently resolve his problems which were digestion issues. Turns out he was later diagnosed with kidney stones and was given a prescription for medication for digestion issues which he did not have. I believe this could be dangerous and affect the correct medication when correctly diagnosed. Do not waste your money on this company. Over charging and Miss diagnosing. If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose this!

Poor updates.no bill send online for the procedure done.and to top it all excuses claiming holidays when asked for an update

The worst healthcare I have tried, I paid so much money for only the tests and they do not even picking up the money, please save your money, not worth at all

Ridiculous !!

Terrible experience. The doctor advised the wrong dosage and prescribed suppository medication for 9 year old child! Complete waste of 600dhs and could have been dangerous if we'd followed advice re the medication. We ended up going to hospital instead.

I am expat living in Dubai and used Call Doctor for Covid testing and general check ups. I find Call Doctor Team very professional, smart and respectful. For Covid testing, the nurse visited our house within on hour of the request and provided us the result less than 24 hours.
Call Doctor is now our family physicians and every member of family love their services from my six year son to 17 years daughter.
