shockingly poor customer service. I can't give the product any review as it never arrived! Checked tracking link everyday since its delivery date, all it ever says is: " .... we failed to deliver today, will deliver tomorrow...." well, tomorrow never came, the item never arrived. It's been 5 days, and still all it says is "we will try again tomorrow." I reached out to customer service, robotic auto reply, keep sending me that useless tracking link. They won't tell me where the item is currently, they won't tell me why it can't be delivered. They won't offer me a new delivery date. Asked for a refund ..... SILENCE!

Terrible. I ordered a Valentine’s gift in plenty of time and it wasn’t cheap. Paid extra for fast delivery. So Valentine’s Day was yesterday and you’ve guessed it… no gift and no sign of it either. Maybe I’ll get it in time for 2025 Valentine’s Day!

Bought a memory gift bird feeder...honestly it does not even fit together and is damaged all over and is actually hard cardboard rather than wood so wouldn't last in UK weather anyway. I've emailed them but from others comments not holding breathe for refund...thankfully paid by credit card so will chase up that way. Don't recommend this company.

I bought a present for my sister, it took a while and hadn’t arrived so I contacted customer service - turns out Evri (when I catch you Hermes it’s on sight 👊🏻) left it in my recycling bin 😭 with no contact or slip of paper saying sorry we missed you. Bins had been taken so package was gone. Luckily customer service were super kind and sent me another item. The price was reasonable and quality could have been a little better but no real complaints here. Will be ordering from them again.

Pretends to be a UK company but is in fact in China. Goods not delivered despite pasr delivery date. Give them a miss.

I ordered 4 personalised luggage wraps (the ones that go around the handles). They are great! We will use them very soon and hopefully they will help us locate our luggage when retrieving it from the carousel. They are a great idea and seem to be well made and nice and bright to see. They were well packed and delivered in good time.
I didn’t look at previous reviews here. So glad about that as my experience was so much better.

Order not arrived. Unable to contact company by email. Would not use again. Hoping to get refund somehow. Very disappointed as I was really excited about their products.

I wish I’d look at Trustpilot before I ordered the quality in the advertising pictures is far better that what you get I ordered two hat holders for handbags with initials on
The initials are almost invisible so make it look a substandard item so what a waste of money v v disappointed wont be ordering from Callie again

AVOID!!!! Sham company, didn’t want to leave 1 star but that’s the lowest possible. Pretend to be in the UK, don’t “post” orders for 3 weeks after ordering then no communication, no item so now reverted to PayPal.

If you would like your gifts to be delivered within a suitable time frame then don't bother! Was given an est delivery date and still no delivery 4 weeks after that which ended up 7 weeks after it was ordered. I requested to cancel and be given a refund as it was for my sons 18th which had passed by this point. Just told to track it. Very poor customer service here and will not be ordering again from this site.
