Do not use!! Avoid at all costs - terrible customer service and awful products.

Disappointed doesn’t come close to how I feel about this experience! I ordered 4 of these boxes with an est delivery date of the 19th-21st of November. Received tracking, however the tracking was still showing as expecting item so I contacted the seller for an update – Helen replied and told me not to worry that they would be with me on the Tuesday (23rd of November) ok not a problem I did explain that I had arranged to meet my 2 best men on the 28th – both have kids so was a nightmare to arrange a date so desperately needed them for then at the latest. Assured not to worry. Tuesday came and nothing had arrived, contacted, and again was promised they would be here for the Friday – she would even sort a next day courier for the items. Now I will say the communication up till this point was brilliant, very responsive, and informative. Thursday comes and I enquire if the new boxes had been made and resent, could I get the new tracking – silence. Left it a few hours chased again – got a reply with a tracking number that was the same as the original but with the last 2 digits swapped over… Royal mail never recognised the tracking number. The package never arrived. I had to scramble after to work to get a couple of bottles of booze and some gift bags to give to my best men – there’s another £45 I shouldn’t have had to spend. Expressed my disappointment and got an apology email. So, I then asked due to the hassle would they throw in a pair of complimentary sunglasses for myself with groom on them and change the 2 best men boxes slip to will you be my best man to thanks for being my best man – course not a problem at all was the reply. So, I asked for tracking, which was going to be provided, never arrived. Chased again, never arrived – I should add by this point the communication had become very sporadic!
Finally on the 8th of December 2 ½ weeks after the original delivery date the boxes arrived… on the original tracking number, despite this package supposedly being lost. Royal mail doesn’t issue the same tracking number for a parcel they have lost it would be a completely new tracking number so suggests to me that these are the original boxes, and all the other promises were just lies.
Worth the wait definitely not. First off, the changes I’d asked for not done, the good will sunglasses not there. the quality of the hip flask and sunglasses is poor cheap materials. The bottle opener shows advertised as having the date on it – not there. For an item that costs just shy of £30 its not worth the money or the wait. I would avoid this seller at all costs…
The seller did agree a discount with me on the 12th of December of 40% for all the issues, told me that should be with me in 7-10 days. As of the time of writing this (15/1/26) this credit has still not materialised, despite several chase ups and follow ups I am now being ignored. Honestly an absolute night mate of a company to deal with! Spent far too much time chasing these people and being either lied to or ignored.

Missing Package…

Ordered 3 necklaces which have supposedly been delivered and left in my porch lol. I stay in a flat with secured access. Asked for POD and they are telling me to contact the courier for this ? 3 Xmas presents gone. Offered to remake but wait 3 weeks. Not been offered a refund despite asking twice now. Also think they are not in UK as they never respond straight away and 3 weeks for delivery. So disappointed how this has turned out.

Great quality loads of labels Look great

I seen gorgeous gift stickers on Facebook from Callie
I'm always quite dubious about ordering things like this on line However they looked fab and were amazing value I decided to order them for my grand kids presents
They arrived after a couple of weeks, in fact I had forgotten about ordering them but they had to be individually printed

When they arrived They were fabulous more than enough and I can put the rest away and they will do me for a few years I have told my friends about them so hopefully they will follow suit and place an order
I had to contact them regarding one item and they resolved it straight away
Couldn't recommend highly enough
