I am using this service for 3 years…
I am using this service for 3 years now.Before opening the app I am praying to god every time that it should work today.Highly inconsistent for a payed service.
I am using latest app and high speed internet.My caller id settings are good.
1.Why am I signed out of the app frequently and then need to sign in back again.
2.Frequently getting could not connect to server.If this happens - whether you kill the app,re-login nothing works.Just pray to god and wait for few days.And this can happen multiple times a month.
Overall - I don’t recommend this service.I am planning to switch to a different provider.

-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
You can also try an access number in your area if you want to call without using the Internet. Please look for the city closest to you on this page: https://callindia.com/access_numbers.

Thank you for reporting your issue to us! You can easily set up your own Caller ID in the CallIndia app. You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.

The worst service as the app always…
The worst service as the app always shows me “Connecting” and it rarely works these days. I couldn’t cancel my subscription and it got renewed now I think I don’t have an option to cancel it. I will not be recommending Call India to anyone considering these points.
