The representative with whom I spoke (LAURA DAVID, North Augusta, SC) was EXCELLENT. She patiently answered my questions and was very helpful in trying to help me figure out why I'm not receiving all of my Callingpost messages. LAURA is a fine ambassador for Callingpost.
I recocord a message.
It sends.
I get a call with the message.
After I answer it takes 20 seconds for the message to begin.
After 10 seconds of the message playing, it begins again from the beginning.
By now it has used up 30 seconds of message time, so it cuts the message off before I hear all of it.

We had an issue Where the first recorded message did not send. Customer Service found a “bug” and the message went out almost an hour later.
Also, as a first response organization it is disheartening that we cannot send out messages 24 hours a day.
The is some sort of confusing option between midnight & 0500 but I still can’t understand even after Customer Service explains it!!!!!!!
We may start looking into other delivery systems as Calling Post has now failed us on the last 3 times we used it.

We have been using this service for over 10 years!!! Excellent service. I first discovered this when doing the announcements for the School my children attended. I could not save and send my message. The "next" button was not appearing on the screen to allow it to create and save the message. I posted in the chat window and someone responded as indicated -within the hour and the problem was solved.
