Overall, well worth the money!

It gets a little too warm after 10 min, but the heat feels great until it gets too hot for me. Overall, it does feel really good and my neck feels looser and I feel relaxed! Thank you! well worth the money! It’s also manufactured nicely with good material and has a lot of power for being such a small machine! I do wish it had a little roller ball in it though! Maybe something to think about in the future, but the compression part is still great!

The Callixe Works!

The Callixe neck pillow came highly recommended by a family member. I ordered one for my husband with stenosis and compressed discs. He has tried many many heating pads and massage products. The difference is, he says THIS one works!

I have been using mine for 2 weeks

I have been using mine for 2 weeks. The heat and massage feels pretty good. I'm using it for about 15 to 20 minutes a day. So far I notice some relief but I think it will take more time.

Thera Pillow

I think the Thera Pillow is well made, but the massage modes were not relaxing for me, so I decided to return it. I had to contact Callixe several times by e-mail and phone to receive a return address. I did finally receive the address and returned it. I was issued a fast refund by Meena.

Great for necks!

I really like the heated massaging pillow. My only complaint is that it is too loud for me to use at night with my husband sleeping right next to me. I wanted to lay on a couch in his den while he watched a football game. He said it was too loud. Other than the volume issue is is wonderful!

I wish I had this 30 years ago

This is the best neck pain relief I have ever found, including massage therapy, chiropractic, and physical therapy. After a session, I do a series of stretches and the combination is very effective at relieving neck pain and stiffness.

I love both the neck massager and the lumbar massager! I use both of them every night and during the day if I have overworked my back and neck. They are also comforting after sitting most of the day working on any type of screen time. Excellent products and customer service.

It’s a wonderful machine.

I have tried numerous machines to work on my neck. I had cervical fusion years ago. I feel like I’m do for another, but I don’t want surgery unless absolutely needed. The recovery is long and hard. This pillow is wonderful. I relax on it right before bed. The heat relaxes me. I love the different vibrations. And the traction is the best part. I’m not sure what’s going on in my neck, but I feel tons better after using the pillow. Thanks!

Works Great -- But Can be Noisy

The pillow works great for loosening up my neck. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that when using on an upper floor of my house, the vibration when it's running, can be heard throughout the ground floor.

Callixe doesn't work!

I ordered this hoping it would help my neck, no, it only vibrates and stretches your neck. Mine quit working after only a few sessions, I got in touch with Callixe. They said they would get back with me, never happened! This company will fail, bad business!!!

FREE SHIPPING FREE RETURNS

I purchased this item back in Nov. as a gift. The recipient had already purchased it unbeknownst to me. At the time of my purchase they offered FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS, I DO HAVE IRREFUTABLE PROOF OF THIS. Well when I tried to return they refused to send me a FREE RETURN LABEL. As soon as I showed them proof they retracted the FREE RETURNS from their site. Now I am stuck with n item I don’t need or want. Disgusting tactics from this company.

I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and before buying anything I make sure the company offers free returns, which I seldom have to use. I snapshot everything for my own protection. When trying to return item and even calling them and thru numerous emails and sending pics of the “FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS” they still would not honor it. I have had to file disputes with affirm and now my credit card company, for what a lousy 6 dollar return label on their part. The way they treat a senior citizen is totally disrespectful. The thing is they know exactly who I am but they want me to add my email, name and personal information to this. It’s funny how they retracted the “FREE RETURNS” from instagram site. But since I have snapshot and sent it them via emails they still will not honor it. That’s fine, I have 90 days to return, I’ll pay the shipping on my fixed income. A lesson learned not to trust what is specifically written out on their website ( instagram) even with a snapshot to prove it. Date of purchase Nov. 20, 2025

Update on My Refund

3/6 Update - After notifying Callixe that I had not rec'd a refund, they replied that I had not provided the tracking # and the date of return as instructed. When I provided the email of 2/12 showing that I had, they said they never rec'd. They are now saying they will refund. I honestly don't know how they get positive reviews unless they are the ones generating them. Refund rec'd. Glad to no longer be dealing with this company.
3/5 Update - Returned thru UPS on 2/12. Tracking with proof of delivery shows they rec'd on 2/16. NO REFUND TO DATE. The saga continues.
2/1 Update - Received email today with address and instructions on how to return. Once done, I will post on how long it takes to get credit. Thank you Trust Pilot.
Callixe replied to my poor review stating they could not find the order (#CAL98882 on 12/8) or the request to cancel (email to support@... on 12/26, request #38002) or my request to return (same address on 1/2, request #43467) or my request to return (same address on 1/7) where I have received no response. TrustPilot does not allow emails to be listed in reviews, but my requests went to the support email that Callixe listed and replied back to with the request #s.
