Call me used to be very good, but I have recently experienced a very bad customer service. I have order a phone subscription with moving my number, they accepted and canceled my current service provider while I still have not received a sim card from call me. I have called and asked them to send me the sim card and still have not received anything. Now I don't have sim card to call them and ask to send me the sim, and still have not received a message about my package being on its way and going through the weekend without a sim card. Already regret moving to Call me. not recommended at all

When I first transferred my phone number from my previous provider, I specifically ordered an eSIM. However, I never received the eSIM, nor did I receive a physical SIM card by mail. Because of that, I had to pay for a SIM card myself even though I clearly selected eSIM when signing up.
At the time, I chose to let it go because I needed service. This happened in January 2026.
Then in February, things got worse. I suddenly couldn’t make any calls. I tried reaching out to customer service, but it was completely useless, they didn’t help at all. During that time, I was pregnant with a high risk pregnancy, and not being able to make calls was extremely serious. What if I had needed to urgently contact my husband? My subscription was essentially non-functional for the entire month, and it wasn’t fixed until February 25th. Got no refund for that.. paid in full..
In March, I had no internet access, yet my data appeared to be used anyway. When I contacted them, they tried to “fix” the issue by resetting my eSIM and even blamed my phone (iPhone 13). However, when I inserted my husband’s SIM card into my phone, it worked perfectly fine.. so clearly, the issue was not my device.
At that point, I had enough and requested to cancel my subscription.
Now, after getting a new phone, I attempted to transfer the eSIM, the one I already paid for.. but was told it’s impossible. Instead, I was asked to pay again just to get internet on my new device.
This is completely unacceptable.
I ended up paying again because I need connectivity, but after April 20th, I will never use this company again. I will also make sure to warn others not to sign up for this service

Mobilpay is out ... that is less service to cutomers and less work for them .. they are pussing people to go to automatic payments, if you want manual payment you have to pay for it (paper fee) .. so for me, as a customer, they are downgraded

I’ve already reported you to Forbrugerombudsmanden for illegal marketing. I’ve contacted you on Instagram too with no response. I can’t contact you on your customer service website because you only cater to subscribers.
I’ve signed up to your PlayStation5 giveaway. I received a call the next day telling me congratulations I’ve made it to the next round (didn’t know this even existed), in order to stay in the competition the CallMe rep said I had to change my mobile sub to CallMe. I said I didn’t want to do that or have to do that when they’re just running a giveaway.
He said ‘well if you don’t sign up with us you’re disqualified from the giveaway’.
This is an illegal marketing practice which I’ve reported to the necessary agencies.

I have not been a customer of call me since last 6 months on my mobile and 2 months for my home internet. On my mobile, the sales person lied about what the coverage on my package was so when I was travelling i was left without internet. I also cancelled my home internet because I had a better offer from another company. 3 months after I cancel my home internet, they charge me 1800 dkk without no warning. They stored my card information for 3 months so they can charge an amount that is not agreed with. I called customer service and hung up after 55 minutes of waiting - no estimate on number of people in front of me or waiting time. I wrote to the live chat after 35 minutes of waiting and they said they sent me an e-mail and mail (which is not true) and they cannot forward the information to me either. This company keeps your financial information hostage so they can charge whatever they want. Very bad customer service, huge waiting line and lies to trick you into being their customer. Hope this comment can help people to not have their money stolen.
