Wendy has been absolutely amazing to work with. I reached out to Wendy over a year ago when I relocated out of state for a new job. I was not sure as to whether I should try to sell or lease. During that time, the market was still recovering and I was upside down in my loan. Wendy was so extremely knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the short sell process end to end, both pros and cons. As a result, I held off on placing my house on the market. I recently reached out to Wendy and to my surprise, the market had turned completely around. She did research and fully explained my options (again). As a result, I decided to list my house for sale. Wendy gave me excellent advice on pricing, staging and negotiating. Much to my surprise, we received an offer the very next day the house was listed!!! I have never heard of a sale go this smoothly- she even negotiated for a fast close (it was a cash offer)!

I live out of state, but Wendy utilized tools that made the process very smooth (from e-documents, to the listing tool to show every scheduled appointment). She also, kept me well informed about every step of the process. I am extremely thankful for her guidance and expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good agent. In fact, I told her she needs to be in Texas to help me now with my new purchase.

Wendy was highly professional and personable from the moment I met her. She gave me excellent advice on pricing, staging, preparing, and finally negotiating a good fair price of my home that I had been in for nearly 40 years. This was not an easy house for which to find comps and I had interviewed other agents. She knew the community well and did an excellent job presenting the home to agents and buyers. She always had a great sense of calm and reassurance. We lived out of state but she showed the house and took offers and presented them to us by email. Essentially she made a very difficult situation extremely easy. I am so grateful to her and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good agent.
