Terrible customer service!
Purchased annual subscription on 16th Nov. Was unable to access the content despite following all instructions. Contacted them via the online form asking them to resolve and then, when they didn't sort it out to refund. Just keep getting standard emails saying they are looking into it but nothing happens. Have now asked credit card Co to get it refunded but this can take 3 months! For an app that is supposed to reduce stress it's made mine worse. Don't buy!!?
