It started with my wife, Svetlana, a kitchen table, a love for family, and a passion for Korean skincare. ❤️ As the mother of our autistic son, working full-time wasn’t possible for her. Between therapy visits, school plans, and all the care he needed, she had to be home. But Svetlana’s never been one to sit still. She turned her hobby into something more. ❤️ What began as late-night scrolling through Korean skincare groups turned into real learning. Like many people new to K-beauty, she made mistakes too many acids, too many products, and a few painful skin flare-ups along the way. But every reaction taught her something new. Each mistake made her stronger and wiser about what sensitive skin really needs. ❤️ When Svetlana realized that fragrances and essential oils were making her skin worse, she started to wonder "if I’m struggling to find gentle but effective skincare, how many others are too?" ❤️ So, right from our kitchen table, she began choosing products with care, ones she’d trust for our own family. For more than six months, she built everything herself: learning, testing, packing, and finding the best brands one by one. That’s when I joined her. Surprised how fast the delivery was and how cheap the prices were compared to other companies.
Hoping the business grows quickly and attracts more customers as their stock seems to sell out quickly.
The packaging was very sweet aswell and received samples.

Great Prices and Range of Products
I love the range of products it has in stock. Love the torriden line so was really happy to find it here. Quick shipping and delivery. Great packaging with care and samples!!! The prices are fantastic as well. I was hesitant to put in a big order as there were no reviews and had never heard of this store but everything went smooth. Great UK-based company for Korean skincare products
I was hesitant to order from this company as there were no Trustpilot reviews nor other google reviews. However, I was glad I gave them a chance. They were quick to post my parcel but unfortunately, royal mail had some issues which caused a delay. I contacted calmhavenbeauty by email and they looked into the issue and replied within a day. I have now received my parcel and the products are well packaged and genuine. Calmhavenbeauty also included several deluxe sized samples with my order. All in all, I'm very pleased and will order from them in the future again. I would wholeheartedly recommend - it is worth the premium in price for good service and quick delivery (with the company based in the UK).
