This product works!

This product works! I get pretty significant anxiety attacks that I do not treat with medication. Calmigo definitely helps decrease my anxiety and stops physical symptoms, such as uncontrollable shaking, nausea, etc. My only complaint is that if the device is not connected with the phone app regularly, the device will not work until it is reconnected. In the midst of an anxiety attack, I wish I did not have to take the time to open the app and connect the device in order to use it. I also wish the device had the option to be used without the app entirely because I do not, personally, see benefits of using the app.

Thank you VA and CalmiGo!!

I'm a veteran. Worked with the VA to get the product. I've never felt so heard as much as I did when I opened the app and saw my subscription end date of 2045. I cried, because it means so much. 20 years I held onto the truth about my stressors. I've only recently opened up. I have 20 years to my subscription. Thank you for a little bit of peace that will hopefully grow with the help of this device!

I have been using for over just a…

I have been using for over just a month. Definitely helps when I go into panic mode. I feel the most relief when I used it for six minutes or more. Three minutes is not enough when I'm in fight or flight mode.

Unclear/not easy to cancel

The device will not work without a…

The device will not work without a costly subscription. They will lock it if you don't use it as they demand. It should not be that way. What a great way to treat people with stress and anxiety. I also think it an evasion of privacy that the company knows if and when you use the device. Not their business. Even after cancelling my subscription in June they want to sent me the little scent rings.

Syncing at least once every two weeks allows the user to keep track of their progress, receive personalized insights, and get the best support possible from CalmiGo.

Please know that your privacy is very important to us — we don’t track personal usage beyond what’s necessary for the app to function. Scented plate deliveries will only continue for those already included in your paid plan, and since you’ve canceled, there won’t be any new charges or deliveries.

Seamless Coordination

The CalmiGo device was one that i chose from among 5 devices that were offered through Atrius Health for mental and emotional health support.
What i noticed was the coordinated approach that my health care provider and the CalmiGo support team took to move the process of purchase along. The arrival time they say will be two business days. I look forward to that. Soon I expect to be trying out the Calmigo device for myself. Thank you. It was a pleasure doing business with Cori.

As a U.S Veteran It Helps!!!

As a U.S. Army veteran living with PTSD, I’m always looking for tools that can genuinely help me manage stress and anxiety in the moment. My mental health provider introduced me to the Calmigo device after I saw an ad, and I have to say — it’s been a game changer.

The VA made the process really easy for me to get this device, and I appreciate that they recognize how important tools like this can be for veterans. Using Calmigo, I can immediately feel a difference when my anxiety spikes. The way it guides my breathing helps me calm down, slow my thoughts, and feel more grounded without needing medication.

The device itself is simple, portable, and very discreet. I can use it at home, in the car, or even out in public without drawing attention. It only takes a few minutes to start feeling the effects, which is huge for someone managing PTSD symptoms throughout the day.

Overall, I highly recommend Calmigo to other veterans and anyone struggling with anxiety or PTSD. It’s an easy, drug-free way to regain a sense of control, and I’m grateful the VA supported me in getting it.

Second Chances

In late June I received my CalmiGo. The "teacher" called and went over how I could win prizes from playing pinball. I'm 73 yo and that didn't sound like anything I was interesting in. Weeks later, another representative emailed and was VERY helpful. She taught me how to breath with the music. I have been using it now 2xs a day.

DONT DO IT!…

This apparatus is worthless and they renewed it without sending any emails to let me know they would renew it and refuse to refund my money and are actually going to charge me a $55 cancellation fee! If that isn’t a shady and worthless way to scam a client, I don’t know what it! Stay away from these idiots!

Useless and frustrating

Useless, frustrating product. First of all, I can’t seem to exhale strong enough to make the device vibrate. Second of all, I didn’t use the device for one week and then it locked me out. In order to use the device you’re supposed to open up the useless, expensive, app which adds nothing therapeutic. I’m sorry, but if I’m having a panic attack I don’t want to have to pull out my phone and open the app and then have to re-sync the device every time. I want so badly to return this device and get a refund for the app subscription

Thank you for sharing your experience. I apologize for any confusion about the way CalmiGo works. Rather than exhaling strongly into the device, you gently exhale into it. Then CalmiGo senses your breathing and guides you to slower, gentler inhales and exhales.

The device does not lock after one week, but it does temporarily lock after two weeks if the device hasn’t synced with the app. This is to encourage you to sync the device with the app so that the app can calibrate to your breathing as well as track your progress and results.

To unlock the device is very easy. You simply turn on the CalmiGo device and open the app. The two will sync, and you’ll be all set for the next 2 weeks.

As long as the device and app are synced, you do not need to have the app open to use your CalmiGo.
