I am a new user so I’m still getting used to it. I get frustrated when the device doesn’t recognize my exhalations, even though I haven’t changed anything. However. I also realized I may not be doing... See more

I love the app that goes along with the device. It's so easy to use, and it has helped me in many situations.

I suffer from panic disorder while driving alone. Although I am on medication, there are times panic still comes when I'm driving. I was so skeptical at first because everything I have tried never worked. After careful research and review, I dove in and invested in CalmiGo. I use the device twice a day. This past weekend I had to drive alone again. My nerves were taking over.
But to my surprise I was ok. THIS PRODUCT WORKS. It is legit.
I do it while driving. And no panic attacks. I'm so happy and feel like I'm getting back to normal. Thank you so much CalmiGo. 💓 I am no longer skeptical. Highly recommended.

My experience with my CalmiGo has been absolutely wonderful! It has helped my anxiety so much. I purchased a second one as a back up. I give it five stars!

I bought this looking for help. I have never received the code to set it up properly. And their support services are only available Monday through Friday. This is crazy frustrating.

Recently purchased a CalmiGo for my daughter's escalating panic attacks. She only had it for a few days before her bag was stolen at a local park and the CalmiGo was in it. I contacted the company as I paid for the 2 year subscription to get the device and the warranty for $246.00. I received a completely unempathetic response from "Paul" that unfortunately the warranty does not cover a lost device. I had to reply back again to figure out what I am able to do as at this point we don't even know if the device truly helps my daughter and it's already gone. He offered a $25.00 discount to purchase a new device. I looked at the website and its $349.00! So I already paid $246.00 and now I need to pay another $349.00 for a cheap piece of vibrating plastic??? We were a victim of robbery (which I fully understand is not the fault of CalmiGo, but their prices are insane for what you get. I have emailed back and forth with Paul to no avail. I can't spend $349.00 after the initial investment and having to replace the other items that were taken from her. Paul offered to cancel the subscription so it would not renew 22 months from now, but no refund and no real assistance to get a new device. This situation caused my daughter to HAVE multiple panic attacks over her stress of the device being taken and the fact that I can't afford to get it replaced for her. Buyer beware...

It really helps with controlling my breathing in the midst of a panic attack coming along. Definitely recommend.

I bought one of these in 2020 at a price of $150. As an electronics engineer, the device contains a few dollars of electronics. Plastic moulds and other things undoubtedly increase this price, as whoever wrote their device's algorithm, but they are realizing a high profit margin.
I don't agree with the Gen 2 bluetooth requirement, reminds me of the terrible business decisions with HP and their printers. But at least they still sell devices without the subscription.
It does seem they make the devices in the US, which can explain the cost, thank you for explaining this, Paul, who was very kind, even when I was a bit scathing (CalmiGo Customer Service)

Calmigo is useless for anxiety. The device itself requires frequent Bluetooth connection, causing constant anxiety that it will fail right when you need it.
Edit: Hi Calmigo support. I really just have one question: how do you justify requiring to connect to Bluetooth, even if inly rarely? Because I cannot fathom a good reason to ever lock someone out of their anti-anxiety tool. Even if it is an unlikely outcome, I'm having trouble understanding how anyone, knowing that their product is designed for people with anxiety, could ever sit down and think that having any sort of unreliability built in is an ethical thing to do.

There aren’t a lot of details on using the device.

My mom got this for me for panic attacks. I use it daily and it’s helped significantly reduce my anxiety. It’s also allowed me to be more mindful of my breathing. 10/10 recommend.

I purchased Calmigo after doing research on the device. I was impressed that it used no drugs, but rather activated a calming system within the body to relieve anxiety. After experiencing a traumatic event, I was prescribed anti-anxiety medications. However, I continued to have symptoms. I wondered if Calmigo could help to be an “on the spot”, in the moment answer to my symptoms of PTSD? I must say, that I was skeptical. When I received my device I decided to use it as recommended and hope for the best. It was easy to set up and use. Three days in, I felt like I could function….my anxiety was decreased and I tried cutting my medication down to 1/2 dose. I am not recommending that anyone stop medication, nor would Calmigo..I’m sure. But, I felt so much better. I continue to use my Calmigo device regularly each day and can now go out in public alone. I am working with my physician to continue decreasing my medication dose over time. All I can say is that the combination of scent and breathing time is amazing at relieving my symptoms! This is not a vape….so not dangerous. It is not the equivalent of breathing into a paper bag, or breathing slow and counting to 10. Calmigo activates a part of the brain that literally eliminates the “flight or fight” response. I highly recommend Calmigo for anyone struggling with anxiety or panic attacks. Do your own research and decide for yourself. I have gone from a home-body to a more socially active individual. 5 huge stars! 🤗

I love my CalmiGo! I use mine at least once a day before I start my work day, and I usually am able to use it twice a day.
The app is great because there's a 3 minute timer in there with songs that are exactly 3 minutes long. I love the first one, Falling Leaves. It's part of my grounding ritual. As soon as I hear the notes of that song, I feel instantly better, and I feel calmer and calmer throughout the three minutes. There are other song options for when I'm feeling like I want a little variety too.
I also really appreciate the fact that you can dim and brighten the lights on the CalmiGo using the app. That feature is especially handy at night!
CalmiGo has helped me when I feel especially stressed, but I find that using it even when I'm feeling totally fine allows me to feel great throughout the whole day.

After reading the reviews and looking at the science behind this device - I knew I had to get it for myself.
I was not disappointed. It really works!

This device feels like you are being electrocuted when turned on. It is not relaxing at all. I would not invest any money on this piece of crap! Listen to some calming music and you can become more relaxed then being electrocuted by this device.

This thing is expensive. And the person with PTSD, who is going through a lot. Just choose the right doctors and help. Dont waste your money on this thing. I just throw it to the garbage.

This product does exactly what it says. I have had it for about a month. Any time I feel tense whether it is in at work, late at night, or even sitting in traffic, I grab my CalmiGo, open the app, and relax in guided therapeutic breathing for three minutes. I feel empowered to go on with my day. I picked the bronze color which is very pretty, and I like the lavender scent.

Love my Calmigo! It took a bit to get my breath regulated, and that’s probably the point. I try to use it every day. And there are fun building/game sections to keep that interesting. I find the peppermint soothing. And I also use the breathing to help with lowering blood pressure. I am a big tech user to hack my metabolism and this one I have happily added as a plus for calming down my nervous system.
