I reported what seemed to be a faint…
I reported what seemed to be a faint whiff of gas from my bulk gas tank to Calor and had a couple of cheerful chaps, Martin and Malcombe, here within a couple of hours.
A small leak was confirmed and the tank was swapped for a new one by nightfall despite the driving rain.
Smiles all round. Well done Calor for a surprisingly pleasant experience!

This morning
This morning, Tony, a driver from Norwich came to collect 2 X 47 kg gas bottles from my home. He was very polite and with of a friendly nature. I do not need the gas bottles which had been used by the previous house owner to supply an artificial fire place in my living room. My plan is to totally remove the fire place. Tony kindly disconnected the two bottles and moved them on to his lorry. All the time he was working we chatted on several different topics. You are lucky to have somebody like Tony working for Calor and he is worth more stars than the limit you put on your review form. I wish him all the best for the future.
