Ordered a gas bottle through Calor.co.uk which was then delivered by tamleisure (same company as calorinsurrey.co.uk). They initially provided a delivery date which was a week after the order date, but when I called them they confirmed they can deliver the next day which they did. Would have been even better if they had offered that delivery date initially, but this is probably Calor's fault. Will order at tamleisure directly next time.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Calor in Surrey, part of the TAM Leisure group. I ordered online yesterday and received a friendly phone call with an exact time for delivery today and this on New Year’s Eve!

Thankyou Wayne Tough Customer Engineering. This young man offered a very friendly, helpful service to our Tank upgrade. Explaining about what he was doing in a language I could understand. So rare to talk to a young adult who was very polite. A credit to the Company.

Ordered 15kg Butane on Saturday afternoon, delivered on Tuesday as quoted. Worth the extra couple of quid delivery. Hassle free. Would use again.

Excellent Service, ordered on Saturday, gas arrived in Berkshire on Monday.
