While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The child safety design is dangerously…

The child safety design is dangerously faulty. It only locks once the plastic ring is removed, but it is impossible to get off. If I hadn't a knife available to cut it off it would not have worked at all, leaving it open to a curious child whose parent has a false sense of security.

As a mother of 28 years I had always trusted Calpol, and believe me, having a sick child meant I used a lot of their products. As a grandmother now, I purchased all the same products, along with a slew of new things. The Calpol plug is expensive and USELESS. It worked for three pads and just stopped. It’s like I purchased a wish copy. I reached out to them and was ignored after I couldn’t produce the batch number.
I’ll be switching to another brand as I don’t want my grandsons well-being in the hands of careless business owners. They are all greed and no compassion.

CALPOL® SIXPLUS™ Fastmelts packaging is not fit for purpose.

The packaging is not fit for purpose. Even if the instructions are closely followed, the tablets are squashed into dust during the opening process.

The only way to obtain usable product is to - YES - cut around the edge of the blister pack with scissors!!

It's not as if "blister packing" is something new.

The idea of fastmelt tablets for kids is GOOD.

Calpol's packaging is BAD.

Come on guys, get it right.
