This is fraude! Foreign customers don't get their merchandise or refunds. They do not respond to emails or messages.

I ordered a sweater one year ago. I never received it, tried to contact the company without succes. Do not order anything at this scammers site.

I ordered a sweater from Calvin the Bear with no caveats when placing the order. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for one of my sons. After not having received it in two months I emailed them to ask for it and was assured that we would receive the sweater in a couple of weeks. When the sweater still hadn’t arrived I emailed them several times but they did not answer any of the subsequent emails. This was more than 6 months age. No refund, no sweater. Total scam and online fraud.

I ordered 2 hoodies, a sweatshirt and a cap on 24th February coming to a total of €111 as I got the '50% off if you spend over 100' deal which is just another scam for you to give them as much money as possible without them ever sending their order.

I sent them countless messages on Instagram and they would just read and not reply. I eventually tried another tactic by commenting under their posts to warn others about this scam, they deleted my comments and then eventually blocked me on Instagram so I could not contact them further or warn others.

How on earth does any sort of company who state that they "are a group of young entrepreneurs, working together to create something different" do business like this.

They may never send me or countless others our orders but I for one will not stop until I either receive my order, a full refund or the 'business' is shut down.

I ordered a hoodie specifically with PayPal as was dubious from buying from an Instagram advert.

Got the order confirmation, and after the 3 working days passed without tracking details etc I contacted them via email - with no response.

I gave it another week, and again nothing. So I emailed them informing the company I would request a refund through PayPal if I do not receive anything within the next week. Not even 24 hours later I get tracking info and am informed of a import fee of around £30.

From reading comments on their Instagram posts and reviews on here it seems I am very lucky to have got my order.

The product itself seems fine and the quality is nothing amazing, reflecting back I dont feel it's worth £65.

My advice would be to pay using PayPal so you can request your money back if the worse happens.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I ORDERED A JUMPER LAST WEEK FOR 49 EUROS AND ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS A CONFORMATION EMAIL SAYING MY PARCEL WOULD BE DISPATCHED WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS AND I HAVE STILL NOT EVEN RECEIVED MY DISPATCH EMAIL YET THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS A CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE GOING TO THE POLICE TO GET THIS SITE SHUT DOW FOR GOOD!

I've orded it the summer and still didn't get it. + I'm texing you guys on email, fb and Instagram but no respon.

I ordered a hoodie for 2 weeks ago. Still no delivery and no answers on my mail. DON'T buy anything from this company!!

Im still waiting for my order from calvinthebear! I paid for at least a weak ago and i Will soon go to the police with this.

This website is a scam. I paid €49 for a hoodie, was given an order confirmation and was told I would be notified when it was shipped. It has been 3 weeks and there is no sign of my hoodie let alone a shipping confirmation. I will be taking legal action against these frauds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I didn't receive my order from them, I have emailed them 6 times with no response! Haven't got a refund, no customer service what so ever! They have just taken my money and ignored me! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordering and shipping went ok ...; ufortunatly the cloth was too big. Then it turned a very bad shopping experience. I've requested it to be exchanged as per their exchange and return policy; no answer at all.
i've emailed them 3 times, sent a message via their Facebook ... still no answer.

Very expensive considering the quality, I ordered a calvin bear JUMPER, it's not a jumper it's a sweatshirt with an iron on bear, also had to pay £20 to DHL for them to deliver the item, so on top of purchase price very expensive top, be aware you will get hit with custom charges and DHL charges ! Poor quality

Dont buy nothing from them !! My hoodie never arrived . They don’t answer my emails . I think all customer which didn’t get the order should go to police ! We can live this

I've ordered a hoodie some weeks ago. Unfortunately the hoodie was too small. After sending at least 6 mails and sending a lot of Facebook messages, I still don't get any answers. In addition, the messages are read on Facebook....

The WORST after-sales service ever.

I ordered two hoodies 12/17 and they haven't arrived yet. I have tried to take contact Calvin the bear support Team but they haven't answered to me. I have paid for the hoodies. Terrible service!!

Bought a T-shirt with a Calvin print. The print fell off the first time I washed the T-shirt eventuell though I followed the washing instructions. I have tried several times to contact the sails office in Oslo to get refundef but have not got any response at all.
