I ordered the keepsake hand and footprint ink pad set, absolutely dreadful. Wouldn't even have bought this if it was on sale in pounland!! It was delivered in a small bag, squahed and was just 3 tiny pieces of card and a black ink pad!! Loose in the bag no box, no instructions, could not be given as a gift. Went straight in the bin. No apology for the poor quality just offered a 30% refund or send it back to China!! Dreadful.

I placed order at 08:27 on 15/04/2026 but then sent x3 emails at 08:34 to cancel the order as found items I liked better on Amazon with next day delivery. I had no response from customer support acknowledging the cancellation.
I have now had an email saying the order has been processed, 24 hours later. I paid via PayPal so I will be opening up a dispute. I will be rejecting the delivery or returning unopened for full refund. I am within my rights to cancel this order but now I will no doubt have to pay for the return and wait weeks for money to be refunded. I would not recommend this company and wish I'd read these reviews first.
Also sent a DM on their Facebook page, but no response to that either.

My parcel was inadequately packaged, and so badly damaged I couldn’t give the present to my grandchild, real waste of money

It’s just taking far too long for my order to be delivered. I can order from another company and receive it 2 days later. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

I did receive the product I ordered which was a dino railway track for my grandson. However it arrived in a strong carboard box which I thought was an outer covering for another box which had a picture of the toy on the outside like normal toy boxes. I was wrong, the box contained the track, models etc. but the quality was rubbish, very flimsy plastic pieces just thrown randomly into the box. I would not have bought it from a market stall. Contacted Customer Service who have offered me a 30% refund, I said "no thank you" so they have sent me the address to return it to in China knowing I am not going to do that as I would have to pay the postage. I will not be buying anything from the again.

I received an email and a tracking number from Calvona to advise my items had been dispatched. The tracking number did not work. I contacted them and got a message to say they have dispatched the items and are not responsible for how long the courier takes and that the tracking number can take time to work. I eventually did receive the items. Poor poor quality. The toy trains do not work. One box was damaged. Hard to understand how this company is still trading in the UK.

Actually would not rate this Company whatsoever. They don’t seem to know what customer service is or care about their customers.
The packaging my order arrived in was in a disgraceful state and not fit to be given as a gift to a 3 yr old!
One word, avoid!

Delivery times are very important. I ordered the train set for my grandson it took 7 weeks to arrive. Pleased to say he was very happy with the product.
Please sort out your delivery timings and you will receive more orders.

Ordered a toy on 4th of december with enough time, i thought, to receive for my grandaughter for Christmas 😞 Its now the 23rd and i havent received it! They keep saying its coming. Even said its been delivered! Well Evri did. Do not order from this website

I must admit my first review was negative because its took forever to get here..I honestly thought it was a Scam...Ordered on the 10th arrived on the 22nd..... I love the book, my grandson will too.....

I would give 0 the watch dog should be banning this company I want a refund I get same generic message trust pilot should do something about it I have asked for a refund no reply

Pity you don't have a 0 Star I should have read reviews Company raking money in from HONEST hard working people bought the spinners for one of my great grandkids took money no follow up then got email to say FAILED DELIVERY no way as was in have tried emailing No response enjoy your Xmas from a disabled pensioner with my money and others also 😡😡

Wish I had read reviews first, ordered two items and used tracking service which said one item had already been delivered, it hadn't. Emailed the company and guess what, no reply, sent 3 emails and still no reply. Tracking the second order and this says still in transit after 3 weeks from ordering. They give the impression it's a U.K company, but it definitely isn't. Not a nice feeling knowing you've been scammed. Wish Facebook could vet these companies. SCAM.

This click and play train set looked great on website. It took 4 weeks to arrive and the box was all damaged and it was tiny compared to the way it is filmed. Do not buy from this company. The don’t even answer on the support website

I don’t want to give a star but I couldn’t precede without it. Waited 18 days for my parcel. Building blocks came in a shabby plastic bagand wrapped all over with selotape. Will not use this company again .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY:
It’s a Chinese company under the guise of a UK one and the products are not UK Kite marked.
I recently bought ‘Cute Suction Cup Spinning Toy for Babies – Set of 3’ from Calvona UK for a friends 1 year old.
They arrived in just a plastic bag with quite a few components but no instruction leaflet. Of most concern it had no UK Kite mark.
I immediately contacted the company with my concerns and requesting a refund. They responded but did not address the safety issues raised and said I would need to post it back to China, at my expense, in order to get a refund less the postage I paid for the original delivery. I challenged this but all they would do if I didn’t want to pay postage costs to China was offer a 30% refund less original postage.
BEWARE.

I ordered a game for my grandson ,19th nov still no sign ,just says in transit ,I'll never order from calvona again ,scam company avoid at all costs ,I've given up on my purchase arriving

Calvona is a scam company ! Do not order from them ! Ordered for granddaughter weeks ago . Contacted them and they replied saying in transit. Rubbish ! Now email with tracking number has been deleted!! Deliberately I suspect ! Don’t buy from them !

I had to put in 1 star just to be able to write about the awful products I was sent. All these toys were poorly made, small pieces falling off, little fingers could easily get trapped in thexyoy car wheels, cheap plastic, easily breakable, only Chinese instructions.
JUST AWFUL AND DANGEROUS

Unfortunately I couldn’t choose no stars! Avoid at all costs! Order placed a month ago and no sign of delivery! Should’ve done my research! Website gives enough clues! Founder-Margaret 😂🤦🏽‍♂️
