This company somehow got hold of my banking info and posted a payment of $216 to my bank account! Month ago I did a JUST ASK transaction but I used a credit card and never never my bank account! I tried to settle this with Camber which I did not know what JUST ASK on April 24 when I noticed an unauthorized payment on my bank account. I had a live chat with them but they stopped the chat saying they would contact me re this unauthorized withdrawal on my bank account. I check to see if I had an account with Camber AND I DO NOT! How they got my bank account info I do not know. Well, they wanted me to do the form for $5 just to have a "technician" handle this. I did the form - not especially wanting to but they said they would contact someone for me to get this straightened out! It did not happen and the link to chat has disappeared from the website as well as my conversation with a so called agent the one who was going to take care of this! This company is a scammer! My bank is now in the process of trying to get the unauthorized payment refunded and Camber is blocked from using my bank account! PEOPLE DO NOT USE JUST ASK AS THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH CAMBER ENERGY which they never disclosed. The only business I had with JUST ASK was by credit card and somehow Camber hacked my banking info posting what the called a pre approved payment. Given I have no account with Camber I do no know how they hacked my bank account but they are being investigated!
