I had a question about the strap length, and they responded quickly.

I was really disappointed by the service from this company. I'd ordered a bag in good time for my wife's birthday, and delivery was confirmed for the agreed date. It didn't arrive as promised, and when I phoned to inquire, I was told that the driver had tried to deliver, but no-one was in to accept delivery. This was simply untrue. I wrote a review highlighting the poor service, but this has failed to appear on their website. This leads me to ask if some reviews are edited out. I have left a good period of time to see if my review popped up before posting here, so can be confident that my original review has been, ahem, overlooked.

The purses are beautiful and very high quality. I own 6 of them in different colors and styles and I always get compliments on them. Customer Service is also excellent. I have never had an issue with an order but when I have questions, customer service responds quickly.

I’d been eyeing the Bowls Bag for a while before I decided to treat myself for the holidays. I absolutely adore it! I received compliments from the very first day I carried it. It’s a perfect size for everyday and the quality is exceedingly beautiful. And, living stateside, I received it in under a week. If only other companies were as efficient (and stylish)!

What about The Cambridge Satchel Company? We didn't know the brand, but we became fans. Very well received and treated at the store in Cambridge. Definitely a brand to follow.

I treated myself to the Large Poppy Bag for Christmas. Its lovely to look at with stainless steel opening and closing button and its also present in the shoulder strap as well. It is perfectly sized to carry phone, keys, purse and any other small objects you would normally carry in a handbag. I am very pleased with my purchase.
